One woman, who asked not to be named, said: ‘You will not believe the horror that has been brought to the community.

“With the dark evenings now here we are all scared.

‘This has been going on for so long. He steals from gardens, throws food in houses, goes to people’s houses and posts letters with nasty messages.

“He also plays porn through a loudspeaker and makes it clear to the neighbors what he’s doing, he’s just sick.

“There are people here raising families and elderly people who are scared and really fear for their safety, but nothing is being done about it.

“This person scares us all on the street.”

Residents of Garden Close in Bungay, Suffolk complained to police that the man was also writing nasty letters and stealing from the gardens

Suffolk Police said: “We are aware of reports of anti-social behavior in relation to residents in the Garden Close area of ​​Bungay and we fully understand the concern and distress this may cause them.

“A man was arrested on suspicion of malicious communications, non-payment and theft.

“He has been released on bail and will answer to this on October 17 while inquiries into the incidents remain ongoing.”
