A man fell to his death from a luxury apartment building on the Upper East Side Monday morning.

The person plummeted to his death from a 16th floor apartment at 40 East End Avenue, a brand new luxury apartment building, where the least expensive unit currently on the market costs $5 million.

The victim, 47, was pronounced dead by medical responders at 8 a.m., an NYPD spokesperson told Ny Breaking.com.
