A man has admitted helping a woman have sex with a dog and causing the animal unnecessary suffering.
Graham Marshall, 38, and his partner are alleged to have caused unnecessary suffering to a dog called Charlie by ‘regularly subjecting him to sexual activity’.
On Thursday he pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting sexual intercourse with a dog.
He also pleaded guilty to causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, ‘namely regularly subjecting it to sexual acts’, including ‘inappropriate physical handling of the dog’.
And he again admitted that he had failed to ensure the dog’s welfare, in that he “failed to protect him from pain and suffering caused by ordinary sexual activity.”

Marshall (pictured outside Sheffield Magistrates’ Court in September) again admitted failing to ensure the dog’s welfare, in that he ‘failed to protect him from pain and suffering caused through habitual sexual activity’.

Marshall also pleaded guilty to one charge of voyeurism and three charges of possessing extreme pornographic images relating to sexual acts involving a ‘dead/live animal’.
He admitted seven counts of taking indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children in categories A, B and C.
He pleaded not guilty to taking indecent photographs of children in category C. Category A is the most serious.
His co-defendant Paige Reaney has not yet entered a plea to the charges she faces.
She is accused of “causing or permitting” sexual intercourse with a dog.
The charges allege sexual activities occurred “not less than five times.”
She is also accused of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, “namely, regularly subjecting her to sexual activity,” including “inappropriate physical interaction with the dog.”
And she is further accused of failing to ensure the welfare of the dog and of being in possession of extreme pornographic images relating to sexual acts involving a ‘dead/live animal’ .

His co-suspect is scheduled to appear in court on November 28, 2024.
