Mama June made a surprise visit to find her daughter Alana Thompson reportedly blowing up in her face.
In a preview trailer for an upcoming episode of their family’s reality series, Mama June: Family Crisis, obtained by The sunthe former child star, 18, did not greet her mother with a warm welcome after their explosive fight over finances.
After the trip from Georgia to Denver, Colorado, where Alana goes to school, the family matriarch, 44, and her husband Justin Stroud, 36, disagreed on how they thought Alana’s unannounced visit would go.
“You probably don’t know Alana that well because that girl likes surprises,” June insisted, after her husband expressed concerns about surprising the teen.

In an attempt to confuse Alana into coming out of her house, Justin calls her to see if there is a package waiting for her outside.

When she gets home, she is stunned to find them waiting for her in the driveway.
‘What are you doing here?’ she asked, clearly not happy.
During a confessional, she explained that she “made it very clear to Mom not to come see her” in Colorado because she was “still looking out for her for stealing her money.”
“I feel like mom is just trying to make up for her mistake now, but she’s so annoying because I didn’t want her here. She’s causing too much drama and I don’t have time for her to come out and do one of her “surprise pop-ups,” she said, rolling her eyes.
Meanwhile, Justin joked that the visit went as poorly as he expected.
‘Show up at Alana’s? Oh, that was a great idea,” he remarked sarcastically.

During a previous episode of Mama June: Family Crisis, Alana accused her mother of spending the money Thompson earned as a child star.
The confrontation occurred after Alana discovered how little was left in her Coogan account, which she expected to pay for college, but which only contained $33,000.
June claimed that 50% of her youngest daughter’s income was automatically deducted from taxes and said Alana had spent much of her money on herself, although the latter disputed the claim.

The reality TV personality then said that her mother probably spent some of her money during her bout with drug addiction, after which June confessed that she spent $150,000 of her daughter’s money to buy a house.
June went on to reveal that she did not know how the Coogan accounts were set up, saying: “Georgia is not a Coogan state. You don’t have to do that for child actors. To be honest, I had never heard of a Coogan account until Alana went to LA.”
Although June claimed her children knew a certain amount of Alana’s money had been spent, Pumpkin countered, saying they were “under the impression that 100 percent of it ended up in there.”
Lauryn then accused her mother of strategically spending a certain amount of Alana’s earnings before going to the Coogan account and calling June “a dirty dog” for her actions.
Pumpkin added that her mother “tried to figure out what the bare minimum she could put into Alana’s account was, what was legally correct, and then pocketed the rest.”
The reality TV personality then added, “Lord knows what she did or where it went.”
