Malin Andersson proudly showed off her toned figure in a purple bikini on Instagram as she soaked up the sun on a lavish outing on Friday.

The Love Island star, 30, flexed her biceps as she posed for a mirror selfie in a second photo in the skimpy two-piece.

She styled her long blonde locks into two neat French braids as she beamed at the camera as she posed in front of a swimming pool.

Showing off her natural beauty in the snaps, Malin accessorized with a white bracelet and a pair of gold drop earrings.

She wrote, “So many different versions and I love the one I got.”

Strong: The Love Island star, 30, flexed her biceps as she posed for a mirror selfie in a second photo in the skinny two-piece

The reality star recently admired her figure in a mirror selfie while reflecting on her “inner strength.”

She stripped down to green lace lingerie to show off her toned figure after losing weight after giving birth to her daughter Xaya, 14 months old.

Malin previously hit back at trolls who accused her of liposuction and explained in her new post how her slimmer figure is thanks to finally having a healthy relationship with exercise and food.

My inner strength is now showing on the outside. I wasn’t going to post this, but why hide? This is me and this photo shows feminine strength and determination,” she wrote on Instagram on Tuesday.

“We all go through changes, sometimes good and sometimes bad; this is the Ying and Yang of life. For me, this shows balance between my mind, body and soul.

“Having battled an eating disorder for the better part of 15 years throughout my adolescence and early adulthood, it’s wonderful to exercise and have a healthy body that compliments my mind.”

“I want to show you all that there is a way out of disordered eating and that healing is possible if you learn to love yourself first.”

Confident: Malin has been open with fans about her weight loss experience and revealed she was cheated on about her figure (pictured in June 2022)

Posing in the green thong and matching bra, Malin went on to explain how far she’s come, noting that her depression eased as she worked more on herself both mentally and physically.

‘Man. I can’t believe the days when I would be afraid to eat. Afraid that if I ate a cookie or drank a glass of juice I would gain weight, lethargic, no energy.

Obsessed with the scale, only doing cardio to lose weight. Being grumpy, tired, constantly thinking about food. Coffee, cigarettes and red bull for energy, it’s mental.

‘Fast forward 6 years and I’ve turned my way of thinking. It took time. I woke up one day and had enough of making myself sick. Enough to feel and look weak.”

Malin said she decided to start exercising and soon noticed that her “depression and sluggish energy went away” and that the “healthier food choices cleared my mind.”

Last week, she was forced to hit back at body-shaming trolls who made vicious comments about her appearance after she shared bikini-clad photos on social media.

Malin took to Instagram on Friday to share a series of snaps of herself posing in a blue and pink patterned bikini while relaxing at a spa.

However, she later shared in the comments section and Instagram Stories that “disgusting” trolls had criticized her looks.

In a series of impassioned posts, she said she was “shocked” at the comments, in which people cruelly labeled her “too thin.”

She also hit back at allegations that she’d had liposuction when speaking about her recent weight loss, insisting she’d simply overhauled her fitness regimen.

Message: She urged all followers who were struggling to ‘not give up’ and ‘keep going’

Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure that removes unwanted body fat by sucking out small areas of fat that are difficult to lose through exercise.

Hitting back at the comments, she said: ‘OK wow. Weird comments from people talking about my body and saying their favorite body type on me. And that I looked happier before.

“Hell no, I wasn’t happier before. I now feel strong, healthy and more powerful. Don’t shame me. Strangers.’

Malin, who welcomed her daughter Xaya, 14 months, in January 2022, responded to her post’s comments to insist she hasn’t had any liposuction or injections.

She continued, “Omg comments about lipo when the hell did I have a chance with a newborn to do that. I have now been exercising for 14 months since giving birth and have been burning fat by lifting heavy weights and exercising.

“Lipo can work for some people, but when you have a baby, you leave them for 6 weeks and you can’t even hold them.” I did it the right way. Please fuck off!’

In another comment, she added, “How the hell do I look unhealthy if I eat more every day, just lift better options, exercise, run, do stuff.” I like being active, being a mother and also working. And I’m happy.

“Please DON’T tell me I look unhealthy because you’re clearly projecting there—and sending the wrong message to my followers about changing your mindset about exercise.”

“I’m not working out to lose weight, that’s only what YOU decide to see, not me.” I train because it lifts my SPIRITS!!!!’
