The model, 22, showed off her fit physique in a skimpy brown sports bra and matching tight leggings as she lounged in the sun.
She completed her look with a pair of brown Ugg boots and was talking to someone on the phone.
Lila wore her blonde locks up and chose to go makeup-free to show off her naturally beautiful features.
The beauty carried the refreshing drink with her and accessorized with a sleek black YSL bag.
