A major accident has thrown Sydney’s peak hour traffic into chaos.
Two B-double trucks and a car collided on the M4 motorway near the Prospect Highway junction at around 2.30pm today.
The collision closed one of the three westbound lanes as emergency crews arrived on the scene.

Traffic was blocked for 20 kilometers to the Olympic Park in the west of the city.
