Maher and Rogan battle over whether Trump or Biden is worse: Comedian says Donald is ‘crazy and criminal’ as podcast king says ‘there is something noticeably wrong’ with president Joe

Joe Rogan and Bill Maher debated whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden was worse for the country on the podcaster’s show.

Maher and Rogan both agreed on The Joe Rogan Experience that neither candidate was a good option for 2024, but argued over who was worse.

Rogan said the 80-year-old Biden — America’s oldest president in history — was “mentally compromised.” The Club Random host then replied, “As if another man isn’t?”

The MMA commentator tried to reason that America’s second oldest president “speaks much more clearly.”

(Trump) might be crazy. He could be a sociopath. It still doesn’t change the fact that there is something wrong with Biden,” Rogan added. He makes up words. He trips over things.’

“He doesn’t seem to know where he is half the time. That’s my problem with him.’

Maher felt Rogan should lower his standards for Biden compared to former President Trump.

“We live in a world where ‘perfect’ is not on the menu,” said Maher. “These are the choices.”

Maher even admitted that Trump “looks and sounds a lot more solid and robust. He is a city cockroach, the worse he eats, the stronger he becomes. You can’t kill him.’

Rogan said Trump was “the only one (President) who didn’t noticeably age.” “No, we did,” Maher said. Maher tried to argue that Trump was “crazy” and “stupid.”

Maher and Rogan both agreed that neither likely candidate for 2024 was a particularly good option. They got belligerent when they argued about who was worse.

Comedians and podcast hosts Joe Rogan and Bill Maher debated on Rogan’s show Saturday about whether former President Donald Trump or current President Joe Biden was worse for the country

“And crazy and stupid are two different things… stupid is ‘Frederick Douglass is alive’ or ‘the stealth bomber is literally invisible,'” Maher said.

“The crazy thing is that it matters that the crowd at my inauguration was the largest ever, and I’m going to make this a point for the first two weeks of my presidency, despite photographic evidence to the contrary.” Or “I’m going to steal these documents, and I’m going to put them next to the toilet in Mar-A-Lago, and I’m going to fight you to take them back.”

Or “I’m not admitting the election.” They’re crazy… he’s a criminal too.’

The two also fought over which of the two presidents lied the most, with Rogan saying his biggest problem with Biden was “he lies a lot.”

Maher replied, “Well, certainly no more than Trump.”

“They’re both lying,” Rogan said. “I don’t think comparing (Biden) to Trump does anyone any good.”

“They’re running into each other, so it’s necessary,” said Maher.

Maher then reasoned that he agreed that “Joe Biden isn’t a great president,” going on to say that “you can’t really believe that (Trump) isn’t worse than Biden.”

And the Hunter Biden thing is a stinking scandal that stinks to heaven. But if you think it’s similar to what Trump was trying to do, then you just can’t tell dissimilar things.”

Bill Maher spent part of the interview comparing “awake” progressives to the KKK, arguing that both groups are fixated on race

Maher responded to Rogan’s claim that the former HBO star is a 1990s liberal, and not “far-left” like the current progressive wing of the Democratic party.

Maher spent part of his performance again criticizing awake progressives — this time arguing that they are not like “color blind” liberals, but instead have a fixation on race similar to that of the KKK.

He argued that while liberals such as former Democratic presidents Barack Obama and John F Kennedy strive to see no race at all, today’s progressives are extremists obsessed with identity.

“(Wokes) believes that race is first and foremost something you have to see anytime, anywhere, which I find interesting because that used to be the position of the Ku Klux Klan.”

The comedian has time on his hands during the writers’ strike, which caused his HBO show Real Time to take an unscheduled hiatus for the entire month of May and June before its scheduled July break.

He has yet to return to the studio as the strike continues.
