MAGA activist Matt Gaetz is accused of attending a wild drug and sex party with a 17-year-old girl, according to new, shocking court documents.
The 42-year-old congressman from Florida was placed at the party by three witnesses in still-sealed depositions, according to Note.
One of the witnesses described the alleged minor as a high school student who was seen naked at the party, where drugs, including ecstasy and cocaine, were reportedly present.
The Republican’s name was mentioned in the documents because they were filed by attorneys seeking to recover legal fees from Chris Dorworth, a lobbyist friendly with Gaetz who allegedly hosted the scandalous party at his Florida home.
Gaetz’s office could not be reached for comment.

New court documents released this week allege the party with the teen took place on July 15, 2017.
She reportedly arrived at the party in her mother’s car.
It is the first time witnesses have said Gaetz attended the alleged party, which he has repeatedly denied.
Gaetz has become a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump in recent years, playing a leading role in the dramatic impeachment of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy last year.
In April, McCarthy raised eyebrows when he directly attributed his firing to “one person … a member of Congress, who wanted me to drop an ethics complaint because he slept with a 17-year-old.”
The first allegations that Gaetz had sex with an underage girl surfaced in 2021, when the Justice Department launched an investigation into the congressman.
The investigation ended in February when the Justice Department declined to prosecute Gaetz despite claims by another alleged Dorworth associate, Florida local clerk Joel Greenberg, that Gaetz paid the teen for sex, the report said. The daily beast.
The site previously published alleged Venmo documents showing Gaetz sending money to Greenberg and using a nickname for the teen.
Gaetz, pictured with his wife Giner in 2023, has denied any wrongdoing and the Justice Department investigation into the allegations ended in February after officials declined to prosecute the congressman.
Gaetz has emerged as a prominent ally of former President Donald Trump in Congress in recent years, playing a leading role in the dramatic impeachment of former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy last year.
After Notus first reported the statements, Dorworth told media he had “never met” the 17-year-old girl and claimed, “She’s lying about Matt Gaetz.”
Gaetz was the subject of a House ethics investigation in 2021. That investigation was terminated when the Justice Department launched its own investigation. The ethics investigation was reopened after the representative was not charged.
The renewed allegations against Gaetz stem from a lawsuit filed by Dorworth, who alleges Gaetz was wrongly implicated in the congressman’s sex trafficking scandal.
Dorworth’s lawsuit fizzled when the teenage girl, who was named as a defendant in the lawsuit, filed a counter-suade against the lobbyist, accusing him of rape.
The lobbyist later dropped his lawsuit, but the attorneys involved in the case filed the deposition documents in an attempt to recover legal fees.
