The reality star, 28, showed off her weight loss in a sexy black swimsuit as she headed to Centerparcs in Suffolk for a winter getaway.

Polly, who last month revealed she had lost two stone since her appearance on the show, showed off her slimmed-down figure in the revealing piece as she enjoyed a soak in a hot tub at her woodland retreat.

She wrote a lengthy caption about her transformation: ‘This has been an ongoing journey since the end of March, and I’ve lost about 2 stone since then (with some help).

‘Only when I look back at these photos do I really see how different I look. It was a matter of increasing my water intake, eating less and exercising more. And I love that I have found a huge passion for fitness again, thanks to the routine that I really stuck to, and still do.

‘The first photo was in late March, the second was around early July, and the last is the most recent up to and including a comparison photo of me right around this time last year in Aus through Friday evening.

‘I still have a little way to go to reach my target weight, but when I get there, building strength and maintaining the weight I’ve lost without living a restrictive lifestyle and having a healthy relationship with food and drink will be to keep.

‘I’ve always been confident but not so much with my body, now I’m much more confident and feel so much more comfortable in certain clothes, whereas before I didn’t.

‘I dressed well for my shape and size, but never really felt comfortable, if only because I knew how to dress to hide certain insecurities.

‘But that’s changed now and I don’t think so much about covering certain things when I order clothes and it feels sooooo good.’
