Married at first sight villain Sam Ball stunned fans on Monday when he debuted his stunning new look.
The 30-year-old shared a post-workout selfie on Instagram showing off his bulging biceps while posing in a black t-shirt and tight sweatpants.
The army recruit also sported a bushy beard and eye-catching tattoos in the picture.
“An hour’s workout is four percent of your day,” he captioned his fitness motivational post, adding, “No excuses.”
The photo was taken at a gym in Perth, where Sam’s new girlfriend Kylie Caires lives.

Sam’s selfie shows how much the divisive MAFS star has changed since appearing in the Channel Nine series in 2019.
He was Public Enemy No. 1 during the sixth season when he shamed his “wife” Elizabeth Sobinoff on their wedding day.
Later in the experiment, he cheated on Lizzie with fellow bride Ines Basic, in one of the biggest scandals in franchise history.

In May 2021, Sam revealed his pride in being accepted into the Royal Australian Regiment.
Posing in his army green, he shared a lengthy Instagram post about his journey into the army and expressed how proud he was to be an Australian.
“Every time I put on this uniform I can’t help but be proud of who I am and what it represents to me,” he wrote.

Sam graduated from the Kapooka Army Recruit Training program in Canberra.
According to a post on the Facebook page of the Army Recruit Training Center – Kapooka, he was awarded the Most Outstanding Soldier award after completing the course.
