The MAFS power couple announced on Instagram on Friday that they are starting a brand new family series starring Martha’s beloved mother Mary.
Martha, 36, and Michael, 33, recently went viral for their hilarious TikTok videos featuring Mary, who became an unexpected star with her sharp wit and quick one-liners.
After their series of kitchen videos, their followers wanted the trio to have their own reality TV show. They have now granted their fans’ wish.
While they didn’t confirm details of the project, they set up a new Instagram page, aptly named The Morning Roast, asking fans to “keep an eye on this.”
They shared a series of comments from fans asking them to start a series, then confirmed that they were going to do it by sharing videos of them all doing a photoshoot.
The trio wore matching blue and white striped pajamas as they posed for fun promotional photos for their brand new series.
The exciting video ended with the logo of their series: a caricature of the three, with the text ‘The Morning Roast’ in blue and white letters underneath.

On Instagram’s new Stories page, they encouraged their fans to ask them questions, stressing that “nothing is too crazy” and hinting at more unfiltered chats to come.
They haven’t confirmed yet whether their show will be a podcast or a social media video series, but it has fans excited.
In less than 24 hours, The Morning Roast’s Instagram page has amassed over 11,000 followers, with fans sharing their excitement in the comments.
One said enthusiastically: ‘We’ve been waiting patiently for this,’ while the other said: ‘YELL!!! THEN I’LL HAVE TO GET YOU BACK ON MY TV.’
A third commented: ‘This is the best!!’ and a fourth wrote: ‘Oh my god this is the moment we’ve been waiting for.’
A fifth wrote: ‘I’m here for it,’ and another added: ‘OMG YES! This is going to be goooood!’
The big news comes just weeks after Martha’s mother Mary won over fans with her hilarious antics in TikTok videos when Martha and Michael lived with her.

On a particularly popular TikTok page, Martha confronted her mother about online rumors that she wanted the couple to move out of her house.
“You don’t want us here anymore, that’s what the people here say,” Martha said to Mary, to which she replied bluntly, “People are smart!”
Mary didn’t hold back and continued, ‘If you go away, oh, my house is clean, because there’s no one here to make it dirty.
‘Martha, a clean house is a clean mind! When you wake up and the house is clean, you start your day right.’
As the playful discussion escalated, Martha suggested they move, to which Mary offered to pack her bags.
“Michael, get the luggage down!” Mary shouted with another sharp remark.
Martha and Michael first met on the 2019 season of the Channel Nine dating show and welcomed their first child together, a son named Lucius, in February 2023
The exchange of laughter and playful bickering left fans bursting into laughter and demanding that the couple get their own reality TV show.
One fan said at the time: ‘Can your family please go live, I’m so into it,’ while another enthused: ‘I’m addicted to this kitchen and discussions.’
A third wrote: ‘This is gold! Has Netflix contacted you yet to do a reality TV show?’ and another added: ‘I really want this as a series.’
Fans even went so far as to name their potential show ‘Keeping Up With The Kalifatidis’, although the trio have not used the name for their new project.
Martha and Michael first met on the 2019 season of Channel Nine’s dating show, and their journey has been closely followed by fans ever since.
The couple welcomed their first child together in February 2023 and regularly give fans a glimpse into their family life with their 18-month-old son Lucius.
