Samuel Levi of Married At First Sight recently underwent a life-changing experience: a hair transplant.
After feeling self-conscious and struggling with his hair loss for years, the reality star now feels like a whole new person.
The 29-year-old influencer told Daily Mail Australia of the procedure: “My confidence has changed dramatically and I feel like a whole new person.”
Married At First Sight star Samuel Levi (pictured) has revealed he feels like a “whole new person” after receiving a life-changing hair transplant last year.
“I don’t wear hats as often anymore, which is a big thing for me,” she continued.
“When I look in the mirror now, I really start to like the person I see.”
Samuel explained that since the surgery in Bondi Hairdressers In May, he was inundated with messages from followers asking for advice on how to style their hair.
The beauty influencer underwent a hair transplant at a Bondi clinic, after three years of feeling ‘insecure’ about his hair loss.

“I’ve always had a large forehead and I’ve had constant comments about it over the years,” Sam said.
“It made me so self-conscious and insecure and it really hurts me deep down.”
“I noticed my hair was thinning as the years went by, and I especially noticed it during my time on TV,” she added.

“I’m trying to be positive, accepting everyone for who they are, but at some point you really have to see whatever it is that makes you feel bad about yourself.”
Samuel said the comments would make him feel insecure about his hair, so he decided to explore his options.
“For me, that was my hairline, my thinning hair, and I wanted to change that and move on feeling confident and loving myself,” he said.
Solidarity: ‘My partner Liam [Cooper] it’s actually been very supportive, it’s made this process so much easier, it’s allowed me to feel comfortable,’ he said.
I’m not getting any younger, and I want to live my happiest, most authentic self, and I want to show this. This was the way to do it,’ he continued.
Samuel added that he had the full support of his boyfriend Liam Cooper, who appeared on last year’s season of MAFS Australia.
‘Liam has actually been very supportive. He made this process so much easier and allowed me to feel comfortable,” he said.
Regrowth: The procedure involves taking hair follicles from the back of the head, where the hair is fullest and thickest, and placing them at the front of the hairline.

There has been no trial. Nothing. He has been with me from the beginning of me talking about the idea of moving on, to coming with me and taking care of me once I was out of two day surgery.
“This has certainly helped me a lot, especially during this vulnerable time with my appearance, going bald and shaving my hair off, and what I’ll basically look like afterward, for the next few months.”
The procedure involves taking hair follicles from the back of the head, where the hair is fullest and thickest, and placing them at the front of the hairline.
Hair grafts are extracted in follicular units comprising 1 to 4 hairs through a follicular unit extraction (FUE) method.
A hair transplant in Australia can cost between $10,000 and $20,000, depending on the degree of hair loss and the type of procedure you have.
