Things fell apart shortly after their wedding when he ‘shut up’ the 31-year-old kindergarten assistant for being ‘too loud’ at the airport on her way to her honeymoon in the Whitsundays.
Claire was “very upset” and began to “guess” everything he was saying and how he was saying it.
Jesse later complained to the producers that Claire seemed “not to realize how loud she was talking” and that she needed some “quiet”.
Many viewers were furious at the way Jesse spoke to his new wife, including Martha.

The influencer said that her main advice for couples this year would be that attraction is not always instantaneous.
Claire (pictured) has cried multiple times due to her husband’s mistreatment of her.
“This would be my advice to guys and girls: everyone is so caught up in the attraction and I feel like the attraction comes later,” she said.
‘I was not attracted [Michael] when i first saw him and here i am now five years later carrying his son who is slowly trying to kill me and living in my parents house where we are engaged soon to be married.
“I just want to say that the attraction will come later.”
