MAFS experts are called out by fans for matching couples who are “doomed” because they live too far apart, after Cam and Lyndall try to navigate a long-distance relationship.
Married At First Sight fans have attacked ‘experts’ on the show for pairing up some contestants who live interstate.
On Wednesday’s show, Lyndall Grace and Cam Woods seemed unsure about their future together, as one of them would have to move as they are based in Western Australia and the Northern Territory respectively.
One fan took to the Married At First Sight Australia fan page on Facebook to express their frustration over the couple.
“It continues to amaze me why they would pair up people who live so far from each other,” they began.
‘It’s not too bad for young people starting out, but people in their 30s etc. They have established careers. They are already set in their ways and this only adds more conflict,” they added.

Another fan added below: ‘Yeah! And putting Lyndall, who needs constant specialized medical care, with someone who lives outside the jungle for months on end was just plain stupid.
“They should match people who live on the same street at least,” said another.
‘I could not agree more. The two questions that matter most: do you want children? Would you move? Um, they matter a lot! added another.

Lyndall, who has cystic fibrosis and lives in WA, seemed upset when Cam was asked about her situation at a dinner party.
‘What’s the point of moving? Why would you move from Perth away from your whole family when I’m not going to be in Darwin, I’ll still be in a remote place?’ Cam said, adding that he loves his job and his career.

On the show earlier this month, Lyndall was “mad” during an episode of MAFS when her mother-in-law accused her of being insecure for wanting more affection from her husband Cam.
It has since been revealed that Lyndall had a post-show affair with Josh White, which reportedly ended on bad terms.
The couple, who met at a cast farewell party before meeting in Perth for a secret rendezvous, “are no longer on speaking terms,” sources confirmed earlier this month.
Josh, 40, is said to have ended things after finding out that 27-year-old Lyndall had a “secret boyfriend” he hadn’t told him about.
He found out about their other relationship after flying from Sydney to spend Australia Day weekend with her at the end of January.
Their brief romance and subsequent breakup was described to Daily Mail Australia by one cast member as ‘messy AF’ from the start.
