Married At First Sight’s Elizabeth Sobinoff has opened up about the struggles she faces during her pregnancy.
The reality TV star shared an emotional video on Instagram on Wednesday, explaining that she feels “exhausted” and “like a failure.”
“I think this is also the reality of the pregnancy that I had to call in sick to work and it’s like I’m just so exhausted,” she said as she burst into tears.
“It’s just such an exciting time. It’s just very tiring and I’m tired.’
“You’re starting to feel a bit like a failure, but I thought this is a good thing to put on social media, the reality of a lot of things.”

She explained to fans that she wanted to share the video to “showcase some of the not-so-glamorous moments from her journey.”
“I know these feelings will pass, but I think it’s cool to show these moments as well. All the feelings are validated, this is just an honest moment when I was in the moment,” she said.
Lizzie’s post comes nearly a month after she confirmed rumors she was expecting to welcome her first child with husband Alexander Vega.

Looking at some of these comments in the last few posts I’ve done. Always so much attention to a woman’s body (I’ve had more than my fair share). I navigate my body now, so many changes, especially internally (I’ve been quite sick),’ she began.
‘I also understand that so many people are excited. Me, too!!!! It’s an exciting time in our (my partner’s) life right now.’
She continued, “I will talk about my experience with it in the future. Mama bear is nesting right now.’
