Married at First Sight is set to reach new levels of drama this week as contestants try to rebuild their frazzled romances at a couples’ retreat.
But just hours before the drama was set to unfold, the bride and groom looked happy and excited when they arrived at Bargo, in Wollondilly Shire.
The couples were all smiles when they arrived at the Kalinya Estate, which can cost up to $12,920 a night for the whole place.
After checking into the lavish retreat, brides Evelyn Ellis, Melinda Willis and Tahnee Cook chatted on the balcony.
Harrison Boon and Bronte Schofield also couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces as they walked hand in hand on the estate.

However, two couples go to war at the upcoming Married At First Sight retreat, and one bride accuses another of ‘drinking Kool-Aid’ by believing her husband’s lies.
While some associations are going strong, others are being pushed to the brink as accusations and wild lawsuits are thrown after too many wines.

The main drama centers on Melinda and Layton Mills going head to head with Harrison Boon and Bronte Schofield.
Melinda accuses Harrison and Bronte of interfering in their business, leading to a furious back-and-forth as the other couples look on with worried expressions.
“You’re obsessed with our relationship,” Melinda snaps, then points a finger at Harrison and says, “You’re manipulative!”
The couple were seen pushing their bags after arriving at the retreat.
Later that night, all the couples laughed as they enjoyed dinner at the establishment.
Bronte goes on to defend her husband, saying, “I wouldn’t be with someone who attacks people on purpose.”
Melinda resists Bronte’s ‘supporting her man’ act after all he’s done to her, telling the producers that she’s being manipulated.
“I think he’s drinking Harrison Kool-Aid,” he says.
The promo ends with Bronte walking away from the confrontation in tears, while a clip of Melinda and Layton having a tense conversation the morning after the fight is shown.
Also in the trailer, several couples appear to be making progress in their relationship.
