MAFS AU: Tayla Winter caught in steamy reunion with footy player ex

Married At First Sight star Tayla Winter was spotted in a passionate embrace with her ex this weekend.

An eagle eye fan spotted the Hobart nurse, 27, on a date with her on-again, off-again boyfriend Daniel at Botanica Bar in Salamanca, Tasmania.

“Tayla and Daniel were all over each other and shared a steamy kiss,” the witness told Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday.

This surprise reunion raised eyebrows among the locals as it comes shortly after Tayla’s appearance on Channel Nine’s hit reality show.

Tayla was paired with Sydney IT account manager Hugo Armstrong at MAFS.

It comes after Tayla opened up about her heartbreaking experience on the show, being isolated by her co-stars and the truth about the Cam Woods sexting scandal, during a telling interview with Daily Mail Australia.

Tayla sat on her hotel bed without makeup last year and broke down when she revealed her anxiety about having to attend the reunion.

“I’m smearing my face with ice because I’m so swollen from crying all night,” she said at the time.

“This show, this experiment… I can’t. It’s cruel. My mind just doesn’t feel like it’s any good after that.

‘I’m not an emotional person. I’m not going broke. What they have done is unreal. I don’t understand how they can…”

Faced with a potential confrontation at the reunion, Tayla said she would apologize – even though she didn’t know what she was apologizing for.

“Everyone just says ‘sorry, so it can be swept under the carpet’.”

Visibly upset and fending off a panic attack, Tayla confided, “I just don’t know what the storyline they’re going for… and if everyone’s coming to get me over this stupid thing [alleged scandal with Cam].’

Tayla described Cam as a supportive and friendly friend throughout the show, and while “they get along really well,” she said their geographic distance made a romantic relationship almost impossible.
