MAFS AU: Duncan James shocks fans with another confession during live TV interview
No again! Married at First Sight’s Duncan James surprises fans with another confession during a live TV interview as he accidentally reveals the fate of Harrison Boon and Bronte Schofield’s marriage
He accidentally revealed the fate of his marriage to Alyssa Barmonde during an interview over the weekend.
And the handsome boyfriend from Married At First Sight, Duncan James, has gotten it wrong again with another spoiler.
Appearing on Today Extra on Wednesday, Duncan all but confirmed that Harrison Boon and his wife Bronte Schofield are no longer an item either.
When asked if the pair were in a real relationship, Duncan said: “I would say it’s pretty authentic interactions between those two, so I thought yes, if you ask the group it wouldn’t be a very good answer.”
Host Sylvia Jeffreys later pointed out that she referred to them in the past tense, meaning they are no longer together.

Duncan shrugged sheepishly and said, “I haven’t caught up with any of them in the last two weeks.”
In another part of the interview, Duncan admitted that he was very hurt when he found out that his girlfriend, Alyssa Barmonde, said that he was not her type.
The couple seemed to have a smooth relationship until last week, when major cracks began to appear.
On Monday night’s episode, Alyssa, 35, shocked the other girlfriends when she told them about her fight, announcing that Duncan, 37, is “not her type.”
He added that he was very hurt by his comments.
“I had no idea I wasn’t his type, I saw him the other night on TV, I had no idea,” she said.
Elsewhere in the interview, Duncan admitted that he was very hurt when he found out that his girlfriend, Alyssa Barmonde, said he wasn’t his type.
“It’s always painful if you hear your partner say bad things about you or say you’re not attracted to the group, but it’s another thing not to say it to your face.” he said

In the same episode, the tension in their marriage reached a fever pitch when they got into a fiery fight after Alyssa said she wasn’t happy with the attention Duncan was showing her.
“Give me attention, I need attention because I haven’t had any,” Alyssa said on Monday night’s episode as she yelled at her husband.
She then held back tears and when Duncan asked if he could hold her, she refused.
Speaking to Today Sylvia and David Campbell, Duncan said this request for affection was unreasonable.
“I would pride myself on giving a lot of affection and attention in a relationship, but I guess the line of how much someone needs and wants is different,” she said.
During a TV interview last Sunday, Duncan shocked MAFS fans when he revealed he was friends with ‘villain’ Harrison Boon and hinted that his marriage to Alyssa was over.
He also defended his friend during Tuesday’s interview with Hoy Extra.
Asked if Harrison should stay out of other couples’ relationships, Duncan said: “He describes himself as the fourth expert, he likes to get involved in everyone’s relationships…you could call it meddling or you could call it advice.” .
“I’d call it advice, he loves to give it even if he’s not asked, which I guess borders on meddling.”
Duncan also said that Alyssa’s request for affection was unreasonable.
