Chilling moment ‘psychic bride’ Madeleine terrifies her groom Ash when she is contacted by ‘the spirits’ during their outrageous honeymoon dinner date
Married At First Sight star Ash Galati was left ‘rats’ when his new wife Madeleine Maxwell had a ‘physical’ outburst during their dinner during Tuesday’s episode.
The sales manager, 33, was visibly shocked when physical medium Madeleine, 30, said she received messages from ‘spirits’ on the last night of their honeymoon.
She told Ash how she heard voices talking about him, closing her eyes to communicate with the spirits as her new husband watched wide-eyed.
It came after Ash was left confused during their afternoon outing when she burst into tears at the sight of a herd of cows after eating beef the night before.
The last night of their honeymoon took an awkward turn when Madeleine began communicating with spirits during their dinner, with Ash sharing his confusion.

In an effort to bond with Madeleine, Ash asked his new wife, “We’re going into the deep end, are you ready, because I can feel it.” In this experiment, are you ready for people to ask questions?’
However, there was an awkward silence when Madeleine closed her eyes and began to speak, revealing that the spirits were communicating with her.
She said: ‘Sorry they’re talking to me now, I love you, yes and they don’t like me doing this. I love you, wait a minute.
“Yes, I know, it’s hard because they all want to talk, everyone wants to talk to you, and I want them to be able to communicate, but I don’t either because it’s scary.”
Ash admitted to the camera, “I don’t know what’s going on. Things were going well and then she started hearing voices, and they were talking about me.”
At the table, Madeleine told Ash, “I love you and I’m so sorry. I don’t mean to scare you. Wait a second.’
Ash asked her, “Are they still talking to you?” with Madeleine replying, “Oh yeah, wait a minute.”

Ash insisted that he had ‘never encountered voices at the dinner table’ and started laughing awkwardly as Madeleine sat with her eyes closed.
He admitted to the camera, “I probably shouldn’t laugh about it, but to me it’s so crazy that it’s the only emotion I have.”
Madeleine assured him that everything the spirits said about him was good and said she wanted them to “go away” so she could concentrate on their conversation.
Madeleine said to the camera about the encounter: “If a message comes through for someone and it’s from a ghost, I’ll always tell them. I don’t care what anyone thinks about me.’
“I have a feeling he was upset,” she added in dismay.
As she went to the bathroom, Madeleine apologized to Ash before saying, “This is why I’m a crazy lunatic, no I am, I’m a crazy lunatic, it’s annoying.”
After she left the table, Ash looked completely bewildered as he said to himself, “What the hell was that man?”

She tried to approach the animals, but they wouldn’t come near her, while Madeleine told Ash, “They just think we’re going to hurt them.” That’s why I’m so sad because we hurt them.”
“Seeing the cows is like seeing my dog, and I wouldn’t eat him, so I don’t dare eat these beautiful creatures anymore,” Madeleine added to the camera.

The latest drama comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed many of the existing MAFS cast were convinced Madeleine was a ‘mole’ planted by production to shake things up.
One cast member told Daily Mail Australia that “alarm bells were ringing” when she told everyone she was a psychic medium rather than an actress, despite appearing on Home and Away.
Another guest at the wedding said things “didn’t seem right” because she automatically repeated things when she made a mistake without the producers asking, and “put on” her personality when the cameras were rolling.

Madeleine is best known for her role as Amber Simmons in the long-running Channel Seven soap.

Her other roles include playing Brianna Wheeler in Upper Middle Bogan and a brief stint on Offspring.
‘I love acting. I think it’s so fun and cool, but I took a break because this is my path, I think,” Madeleine shared 9Entertainment.
