Married At First Sight’s Alana Lister has revealed her shocking career change after raising concerns with a barrage of alarming social media posts.

The school teacher turned reality TV star shared the surprising news on Instagram on Friday that she has released her very first novel.

Her unexpected career change came just hours after she posted a series of disturbing posts about being a victim of “narcissistic abuse” and dealing with death threats.

Her fictional novel, titled Cyber ​​Wars, also revolves around abuse and follows Ana, a former teacher turned entertainer, who is targeted by a famous person.

Her book is available for purchase on Amazon Kindle for just $8, with Alana revealing she will only make 20-30 cents for each copy sold.

Alana – who previously claimed she was abused by sonic devices – said writing the novel almost “killed” her, but she wanted people to understand the “real dangers of technology”.

“What happened to me could happen to anyone, and this information has the potential to save innocent lives,” she added.

However, she clarified in a disclaimer that the novel is a “work of fiction” and that “any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, events or locations is entirely coincidental.”

The novel’s synopsis reads: ‘In a futuristic society where fame and power dominate, Ana, a former teacher turned entertainer, becomes the victim of abuse by a famous figure.

“Unbeknownst to her, this powerful figure turned Ana’s support systems and key authorities against her long before they even met, leaving her isolated and vulnerable.”

‘The story explores themes of resilience, solidarity and the power of collective action. It is a story of hope and empowerment, illustrating how diverse individuals can unite to make a difference,” it adds.

Her latest post comes just hours after she sparked renewed concerns by detailing allegations of shocking abuse against her in a series of Instagram slides.

In the disturbing messages, Alana claimed she was the victim of “coercive control” and “narcissistic abuse,” which she likened to “psychological warfare.”

While it is not known what exactly she was talking about, she explained how a man she befriended eventually took control of her life with his “possessive and controlling” actions, including following her on social media.

“It’s so hard to explain this to those who haven’t experienced this level of trauma or witnessed the abuse of a narcissist,” one post read.

In the messages in question, Alana cryptically claimed to have launched “smear campaigns” against her and received death threats for a year.

She claimed that many of her friends and family “turned on her” when she needed help, as she described the very difficult period of her life.

“I launched multiple smear campaigns against anyone I could turn to for support,” she wrote.

“This is why I cut out so many friends and family from my life who turned against me when I needed help.”

She detailed the alleged threats made against her in another slide, writing: “Threats to kill my family, give me cancer, poison me with ricin, have my brakes cut, get a disease from spiky mosquitoes, bribing my niece’s orthodontist, having a car accident, being shot in the head, going missing, being raped, killing my sibling’s pets, slitting my throat, killing every child I have.”

‘I can’t remember them all. There was so much I was trying to block out, but this lasted a year,” she added.

In response to a fan who asked her why she was the subject of such threats, Alana added: “To keep my mouth shut about the hacking, stalking, harassment and abuse.”

She further claimed that she had to move twice because her property had been broken into and vandalized multiple times, while dead animals were also left outside her home.

Alana also claimed that her social media accounts were hacked and that she was repeatedly “bombarded with anonymous threats” online.

“Some things I can’t even mention because they are too disturbing and honestly seem unbelievable,” she added.

Alana claimed she is now ‘healing’ after the alleged abuse as she concluded her series of lengthy Instagram slides.

This isn’t the first time Alana has shared allegations of abuse, as she recently did revealed shocking allegations of abuse involving sophisticated sonic and electromagnetic devices.

The disturbing messages, which were shared in May, left fans and followers deeply concerned for her well-being.

In a long and moving account, Alana described the horrific experiences she allegedly endured as a result of what she believed were targeted attacks using energy devices.

‘One particularly horrific abuse I was subjected to was the use of emf (electrical and magnetic fields), sonic or energy devices. At this stage I couldn’t even leave my house and had to completely isolate myself for safety, but this was no escape,” she wrote.

She claimed that devices were used on her while she slept, causing her to wake up in the middle of the night with burning skin, a severe headache and the need to vomit.

The severity of the situation forced Alana to flee her home and take refuge in several hotels, but the torment followed her.

‘When this happened, I had to flee my home… but this only happened in every hotel I went to. Now the sounds were constant and were also used for sleep deprivation. As a result, I still experience mild ringing in my ears to this day,” she claimed.

Adding to her distress, Alana claimed her phone was bombarded with disturbing images and memes.

“It was terrifying and I had no idea about this advanced technology so I couldn’t report it because I risked looking crazy,” she added.

Alana was born Sinead Chong and went by the name in primary and secondary school, a source told Daily Mail Australia in 2021.

She was working as a teacher when her big TV break came in the form of a role in season eight of Nine’s hit dating show Married At First Sight.

Alana exchanged vows with construction estimator Jason Engler during the experiment and cheekily praised his prowess in the bedroom on live TV.

Alana and Jason made it to the Final Vows, but split before the reunion when a vile video surfaced of him making homophobic comments about bisexual groom Liam Cooper.

After her reality TV debut, for which she underwent breast augmentation, Alana joined the subscription-based adult website OnlyFans.

She became one of the website’s biggest stars, at one point reportedly making $30,000 a month from her racy content.
