Harrison Boon’s fairytale wedding to Bronte Schofield turned into a nightmare during Monday’s episode of MAFS after a guest revealed a shocking secret at the reception.

The season premiere saw Bronte’s best friend Jessica Tomlinson pull her aside to let her know that Harrison had been dating her friend only days before their televised wedding.

Daily Mail Australia can now reveal that the ‘other woman’ in question is 21-year-old Abby Miller, who starred in this year’s season of The Bachelors.

Meanwhile, sources close to Harrison say the whole thing has been ‘blown out of proportion’, with Abby just one of many women he was chatting with on dating apps in the lead up to filming MAFS last year.

“Everything was blown out of proportion,” a source told Daily Mail Australia.

“Jess wanted her five minutes of fame and exaggerated the nature of Harrison’s relationship with Abby just to get time on camera.

Harrison and Abby haven’t known each other for over a month and a half.

The couple went on a few dates, the source added, but there was “nothing serious” about their relationship, and Harrison “certainly didn’t promise to wait for her.”

The father-of-one reportedly told Abby that if things didn’t work out with his MAFS girlfriend, there was a chance they could reignite things in the future.

It comes as leaked WhatsApp messages obtained by Daily Mail Australia show an emotional Abby talking about Harrison with her The Bachelors co-stars.

Abby said Harrison was ‘better than Jed’ from The Bachelors and that she prefers older men.

Monday’s drama-packed episode saw Bronte’s friend Jessica confront her with information about her boyfriend minutes after the pair said ‘I do.’

Jessica showed receipts in the form of photos, WhatsApp screenshots, and even a picture of an open suitcase, which she said was Harrison’s bag she was packing the day before she left to shoot MAFS.

A surprised Bronte replied: ‘You’re lying. If that’s true, that’s my worst nightmare.
