Maegan Hall, a Tennessee police officer, had a “fetish” for black men, a discharged officer claims

Wanted cop Maegan Hall had a “fetish” for black men and told a police colleague that he “must be gay” because he rejected her sexual advances, according to court documents obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

Hall, 27, was kicked out of La Vergne police station in rural Tennessee in January after an internal investigation revealed her raunchy romps with six male officers.

The rookie cop hit back in a federal lawsuit, claiming she had been groomed and abused by lecherous superiors, including Police Chief Burrel “Chip” Davis and Sgt. Lewis Powell, a 15-year law enforcement veteran.

But in a new counter-claim, 42-year-old Powell turns the tables on the young siren, saying Hall “consistently flirted” and “pressured him to engage in sexual relations” — despite both being married.

Sergeant Lewis Powell, a 15-year law enforcement veteran who was fired, claims Hall had a fetish for black men and pressured him for sex in a new filing obtained by DailyMail.com

“Initially she started talking about sex. She complained to Powell that her own marital sex life was unsatisfactory,” the filing said.

After Powell responded with some ideas on how she might spice things up with her husband, Hall asked if Powell could demonstrate. That way she said she would know how to please her husband.’

Hall, Powell and three colleagues lost their jobs in the first round of layoffs from the Nashville-area police department, which was awash with lurid headlines about wife-swapping, wild hot tub parties and strip Uno games.

Married Davis, 47, lectured Hall for “dipping her pen in company ink” and feigned surprise as he oversaw the internal investigation into her bed-changing antics.

But the father-of-three was himself suspended when it emerged he not only knew all about Hall’s behavior, but allegedly harassed one of his sergeants for videos of Hall masturbating.

Hall’s lawsuit alleges she joined the police force to find role models, but instead found “predators” such as Powell who “positioned himself as a reliable source of companionship and advice” before forcing her to have sex while on duty.

She claims Powell threatened to commit suicide when she broke it off, leaving Hall struggling to cope with her own anxiety, depression and collapsing mental health.

In his reply, Powell insists it was Hall who harassed him for sex and sent explicit texts while they worked together from March to May 2022.

As he began to have problems in his own marriage, Powell’s “determination was weakened” and they began meeting for oral sex, an “act of betrayal” that the $67,000 sergeant claims he immediately regretted.

“Consequently, around May 2022, Powell began trying to break things amicably with Hall, saying he loved his wife,” his filing claims.

Nevertheless, Hall kept trying to get him back into a relationship. Hall (who is white) seemed to have some sort of fetish for Powell (who is black) based on his race.

“At work she told him several times to put his ‘big black d***’ in her mouth and ‘w** her with it. When Powell stood his ground and said he wanted to be with his own wife instead, Hall told him to be gay.”

Powell says Hall eventually got the hint and started sleeping with “several other cops” instead.

Nevertheless, as a result of Hall’s deteriorating mental state and increasingly outlandish actions – culminating in her own three-day admission to a mental institution – both Hall and Powell (among others) were finally investigated by La Vergne police in December 2022. his file adds.

Powell insists his affair with Hall was consensual and that she defamed him during a Feb. 27 interview with the Tennessee-based News Channel 5, alleging she had been sexually assaulted, harassed and assaulted.

He wants $200,000 in damages for emotional distress and damage to his reputation.

The city of La Vergne launched its internal investigation late last year after a whistleblower came forward to report that a female officer was having “intimate relationships” with male colleagues at drinking parties, hotels and even on police precincts.

The investigation led to Hall, Powell, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo, Detective Seneca Shields, Sgt. Ty McGowan and eventually Davis all lose their jobs.

The chief was no better than his subordinates, inviting Hall to lunch dates, asking her to come to his office to dance for him, and questioning whether she preferred “dark, white, or milk chocolate,” Hall claims in her business suit.

Patrol officer Patrick Magliocco, K-9 officer Larry Holladay and patrol officer Gavin Schoeberl, who traded nude photos with Hall, were also suspended.

Despite his wife’s infidelity, Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a sheriff’s deputy, stood by her. The couple have been lovers since their college days and got married in November 2018

Hall claims in a lawsuit that she has gained “unwanted international notoriety as the ‘girls gone wild'” female officer and has become the butt of countless internet pranks.

Petite Hall grew up in rural Tennessee dreaming of becoming an actress, but eventually found her calling in law enforcement – a career that lasted barely two years and ended in nationwide infamy and a slew of demeaning internet memes.

She “gained unwanted international fame as the ‘girls gone wild’ female officer and has become the butt of countless internet jokes, memes and sexual comments,” her lawsuit states.

“But for the sexual grooming and abuse perpetrated by the city of La Vergne, Sgt. McGowan, Sergeant Powell, and Chief Davis, Mrs. Hall would not have been subjected to this extraordinary degree of public ridicule and disgrace.”

Despite his wife’s infidelity, Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a sheriff’s deputy, stood by her. The couple have been lovers since their college days and got married in November 2018.

“I don’t know how he does it, he’s more of a man than I am, but he’s trying to save his marriage,” Jedidiah’s boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, previously told DailyMail.com.
