Madonna’s changing face over the years as she debuts super-smooth new look in Milan

Madonna flashed her flawlessly smooth skin as she left the Dolce & Gabbana afterparty in Milan, proving she is the queen of innovation.

The 66-year-old superstar attended the spring/summer 2025 show on Saturday as part of Milan Fashion Week.

She showed off her bold sense of style in a black lace veil and a gold crown as she took a seat front row alongside Naomi Campbell and Ashley Graham.

But it was especially her radiant skin that caught the eye, as she showed a timeless look.

Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Horn of Chicago, Illinois, gave DailyMail.com his expert opinion on the procedures she may have undergone.

Dr. Horn believes that Madonna not only had a “facelift” – which he said was “evident because her skin looked” tight and pulled back and without wrinkles – but that she also had a nose job.

A few days after the Grammys, she shared a photo of her face on Instagram.

In the photo, her face appeared much more streamlined and resembled her normal appearance.

She captioned the photo, “Look how cute I am now that the swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol.”
