Madonna votes with daughter Lourdes, 28, as she keeps low profile in overcoat and dark glasses
Madonna made it to the polls in style with her beautiful daughter Lourdes, joining a parade of celebrities taking part in the key presidential election showdown between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
The 66-year-old Like a Virgin icon, who first fronted the Rock the Vote campaign in 1990, shared a heartwarming Instagram photo, showing her next to her 28-year-old model daughter.
The pop legend kept it cool in a dark overcoat, baseball cap and sunglasses and looked lovingly at Lourdes, whom she shares with ex Carlos Leon.
Lourdes, meanwhile, was the spitting image of her superstar mom, wearing a chic black top and vibrant camouflage sweatpants.
The mother-daughter duo joined a group of leading ladies who made it known that they were casting their votes, with stars including Julia Roberts, Reese Witherspoon and Brooke Shields lighting up social media to share their election spirit.

The Pretty Woman alum cast her vote while wearing a POTUS female T-shirt.
“There’s a time to hope, there’s a time to pray, and there’s a time to VOTE. TODAY IS THE DAY!’ she wrote on Instagram.
Demi Moore, Alyssa Milano, Valerie Bertinelli and Chelsea Handler also called on their fans to vote.
As for Madonna’s fellow pop princesses, Beyonce showed up on the campaign trail for Kamala Harris in Texas two weeks ago and has allowed the vice president to play her song “Freedom” on the campaign trail.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift dramatically endorsed Harris just moments after the only presidential debate on one of the biggest nights of the race.
Madonna’s voting excursion comes on the heels of Lourdes’ birthday celebrations, where she posted touching tributes and adorable throwback photos on social media.
She is also currently mourning the recent loss of her brother, Christopher Ciccone.
In mid-October, the singer visited a Kabbalah center in New York City with her boyfriend, Akeem Morris, and seemed to lean on both her faith and her partner as she dealt with her brother’s death from pancreatic cancer at age 63.
Kabbalah, described by Reform Judaism as “a part of Jewish tradition that deals with the essence of God,” seems to be a source of comfort for Madonna during this difficult time.

A week earlier, Madonna took to Instagram to pay tribute to her younger brother, writing, “My brother Christopher is gone. He was the person closest to me for so long. It’s hard to explain our bond.’
The Material Girl hitmaker has five other siblings: Anthony, Martin, Paula and Melanie from her parents’ marriage and two half-siblings, Jennifer and Mario, from her father’s remarriage after her mother’s death from breast cancer in 1963.
Reflecting on Christopher’s final days, she wrote, “He was in so much pain toward the end. We held hands again. We closed our eyes and danced. Together. I’m glad he’s not suffering anymore.
‘There will never be anyone like him. I know he’s dancing somewhere.’
