And Madonna looked in good spirits as she embarked on another busy day of rehearsals in Manchester on Tuesday, ahead of her first concert at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday.
The pop star, 65, dressed in an oversized black and white jumper and baggy trousers as she left the hotel.
She hid behind the dark shadows, but gave a small smile to the crowd waiting outside.

Her first show is at London’s 02 Arena on Saturday, but due to Blink 182’s tour taking place at the same venue, Madonna won’t have access until Friday, when she would normally rehearse at the arena the week before.
Madonna is making sure she’s ready for the weekend after illness forced her to cancel the North American leg of her tour in June.
On Monday nine Peloton cycling bikes were seen being delivered to the posh stock market hotel where she was staying – costing a whopping £1,500 each.
A five-star hotel in Manchester is owned by ex-footballer Gary Neville, and the Papa Don’t Preach hitmaker is believed to have rented out the entire building for himself and his entourage.
Other famous guests include Dua Lipa, Mick Jagger, Pink and Shania Twain.

Madonna is preparing to embark on her first tour in three years after a health scare this summer that landed her in hospital.
