Madonna fans SUE over sexually explicit tour performances that were like ‘watching porn without a warning’

An angry Madonna fan is suing the 65-year-old Queen of Pop for being tricked into buying tickets for a concert where he says pornography was shown ‘without warning’.

Justen Lipeles was the angry audience member who filed the class action lawsuit on behalf of the other attendees of a Madonna’s Celebration Tour show in Inglewood, California.

He claims that the March 7 concert at the Kia Forum started more than an hour and a half late and that the venue was blisteringly hot because Madonna reportedly demanded that the air conditioning be turned off. The explosion reported.

Lipeles notes in the suit that he and other fans sweated profusely and became physically ill from the heat, but this apparently did not bother Madonna, who reportedly told the crowd to take off their clothes if they felt hot.

Then the lawsuit focuses on Madonna’s raunchy presence on stage that night. Lipeles claims that he and other concertgoers were “forced to watch topless women on stage simulating sexual acts.”

“Forcing consumers to wait for hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning shows Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans,” Lipeles argued, adding that it felt like watching a pornographic film in action.

This is not the first time that Madonna has been sued for late concert start times.

Madonna is facing two class action lawsuits over her continued tardiness, with both sets of plaintiffs claiming the star was hours late for her scheduled performances.

These lawsuits, similar to Lipeles’ lawsuit, attack her for her “total disrespect” and her tendency to lip-sync during much of the show.

Madonna filed a motion to dismiss one of these complaints in April, arguing that it was illogical for fans to expect her to start on time.

“No reasonable concertgoer — and certainly not a Madonna fan — would expect the headline act of a concert in a major arena to take the stage at the time the ticket is reserved,” the filing said.

Lipele’s lawsuit differs from others filed by Madonna during her twelfth concert tour in that he is taking her to court over her R-rated escapades.

The only problem is that Madonna is internationally known for her less than chaste performances.

In early May, she recreated a kiss she shared with Britney Spears 20 years ago with a backup dancer during her Celebration Tour.

And about a day before her make-out session, she showed off a glimpse of her underwear on stage.

At yet another concert, Madonna, dressed in lingerie and later in a racy nun’s outfit, put on a very sultry show next to a dancer representing her younger self.

Madonna has attacked fans who sued her for being late to her own concerts, claiming it was illogical for them to expect her to start on time.

None of this stopped Lipeles from suing her over her alleged sexually charged performance on March 7.

He convicted Madonna and Ticketmaster parent Live Nation of six violations: breach of a written contract, negligent misrepresentation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false advertising, negligence/negligent infliction of emotional distress and unfair competition, according to The Blast.

Lipeles is seeking a jury trial in this case, arguing that the plaintiffs are entitled to compensatory damages. This includes Madonna spending all the money she made from the concert or a refund for the tickets.

Despite this latest legal bump, Madonna recently became the only woman ever to have six tours that each grossed more than $100 million at the box office, alongside the likes of The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, U2 and The Eagles.

Madonna has also reportedly rekindled a new romance with British boxer Richard Riakprohe, just days after ending her yearlong romance with Josh Popper.
