The iconic singer, 65, performed sold-out shows at the Mediolanum Forum on Thursday and Saturday and heads to Berlin this week for the next stop in her Celebration Tour.
Madonna looked incredibly youthful as she headed out on Sunday, showing off her lithe limbs under fishnet tights and a black miniskirt.
The Like A Prayer singer looked incredibly trendy as she wrapped a black scarf in fur, while long leather gloves covered her arms.
She added a pair of futuristic boots, decorated with studs, and dark sunglasses to protect her eyes.

She took a much-needed break from her intense touring schedule as she headed to a private party in the Italian city.
Madonna will perform at the Mercedes Benz Arena on Tuesday. Next year she will tour the US.
The Celebration Tour is Madonna’s 12th concert tour, but the first to not support a new album, instead returning to Madonna’s old music.
The tour, celebrating Madonna’s 40-year career, kicked off in London on October 14 and ends in Mexico City on April 24.
Milan is the singer’s latest stop, while she will next perform in Berlin, Amsterdam and London.
Madonna was forced to cancel a number of dates when she was rushed to intensive care to treat a bacterial infection in June.
During one of her October shows in Belgium, Madonna said: ‘Less than four months ago I was in a hospital and unconscious, and people were thinking and predicting that I might not make it.
“So it’s a damn miracle that I’m here right now. My mother, God bless her, she has to watch over me… she said, “Girl, it’s not your time to go yet.”

‘I had a strange thought. I suddenly had sympathy and empathy for my mother, not because of the dying part, but because of how lonely she must have felt while she was in the hospital, knowing she wouldn’t live anymore, and I was given another chance,” she added to it.
“So I’m very grateful for that,” Madonna continued, then admitted, “I have to tell you, I’m not feeling very well right now, but I can’t complain because I’m alive.”
“Thank God for my children and all of you for your love and support, I really appreciate it.”
Madonna has six children: Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 23, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 17, and twins Stella and Estere, 11, who took Madonna’s surname Ciccone.
Lourdes is Madonna’s daughter from the seven-time Academy Award winner’s relationship with personal trainer and actor Carlos Leon, and Rocco’s marriage to director Guy Ritchie.
