Madonna, 64, will embark on ‘the biggest world tour I’ve ever done’

After weeks of rumors, it looks like Madonna really is ready to embark on her next world tour.

According to a new report, the career-spanning 40th anniversary tour will be her biggest yet, and will include moments of “outrageous sex appeal” from the legendary 64-year-old singer.

“It’s going to be the biggest tour I’ve ever done,” a mysterious executive familiar with the project tells the music bible. Billboard.

Madonna is planning the event with her manager Guy Oseary and concert promotion partner Live Nation.

The Queen of Pop is expected to perform some of her biggest hits across four decades of albums, beginning with her 1983 self-titled debut.

The tour is said to feature both stadium and arena dates, and will include an “over-the-top production that delivers both ‘Material Girl’ kitsch and occasionally outrageous sex appeal with plenty of stunning moments crafted for social media.”

The rumors were first reported by Sun earlier this year with a source saying Madonna would be “going back to basics” by going back to her best-selling songs and is excited to introduce her back catalog to a new generation of fans.

The shows will reportedly include dates at London’s O2 Arena.

A source said: ‘Madonna is trying something completely new, and is really giving fans young and old what they want.

“She wants to capitalize on tracks like Frozen and Material Girl appearing on TikTok, and introduce her back catalog to a whole new generation.

“Previously, he always wanted to look to the future and focus on whatever new album he is recording.

“But now, in the mid-’60s, it’s going back to basics and reinventing itself once again.

‘That said, it’s sure to be unrestrained and suitably daring.

His last Madame X tour was in small theaters, but this one will be in arenas, with the O2 already confirmed. It is tremendously exciting.

According to the outlet, the Material Girl hitmaker has already held a series of meetings with American director Jamie King, 51, about ideas for the tour.

Madonna, who first entered the US Billboard Hot 100 with Holiday in 1983, admitted last summer that she’s desperate to get back on the road.

She said at the time: ‘I want to go on tour again. I am a creature of the stage. That is my happy place.

Last August, Madonna became the first female artist to win the Billboard 200 top 10 albums in every decade since the 1980s after her remix compilation ‘Finally Enough Love’ debuted at number eight on the chart. .

The Vogue singer recorded her first top 10 hit on the Billboard 200 in October 1984 with her self-titled album, which peaked at number eight.

The ’80s also saw Madonna reach four more top 10 hits on the Billboard 200 with Like a Virgin, True Blue, the Who’s That Girl soundtrack, and Like a Prayer.

He amassed seven in the 1990s, including The Immaculate Collection and Something to Remember, six in the 2000s, including Confessions on a Dance Floor, and four in the 2010s, Sticky and Sweet Tour, MDNA, Rebel Heart, and Madame X
