Madame Tussauds Sydney brutally insults Meghan Markle at waxwork unveiling of King Charles as she skips his coronation
Madame Tussuads brutally disapproved of Meghan Markle at the unveiling of a wax figure of King Charles III in Sydney on Wednesday.
Ahead of his coronation this weekend, the museum held a special ceremony outside Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building to show off the eerie figure of King Charles.
He was displayed alongside his wax family, William, Kate and Harry, with uniformed guards standing beside them.
However, Meghan’s wash was notably lacking, while Harry’s figure was single-handedly placed to the side, off the red carpet.
This is despite Madame Tussauds Sydney having a Meghan figure in its collection, as it advertises on its website that customers can “feel like royalty” by standing next to her.

The museum has likely decided not to include Meghan’s wax work, as she will not be attending King Charles’s coronation on May 6.
Harry will attend his father’s ceremony, while Meghan will stay home in Montecito, California, with year-old Lilibet and Archie, whose fourth birthday falls on the same day.
However, it is unlikely that Harry will play a part in the coronation or stand on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.

It was announced that Meghan would not be attending the coronation after months of tension between the Sussexes and the rest of the royals following the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir Spare.
The couple’s friend Omid Scobie confirmed that Archie’s birthday “played a factor in the couple’s decision” for Meghan not to attend and that he expected it to be a “pretty quick trip to the UK” for Harry .

Construction on the wax figure of King Charles, unveiled in Sydney on Wednesday, began nine months ago at Madame Tussauds studios in London.
Madame Tussauds Sydney has been contacted asking why Meghan Markle’s wax figure was not present at Wednesday’s ceremony.
An anonymous friend told People that while Meghan wanted to go to the coronation to support her father-in-law, “the criticism she receives outweighs the support.”
