M. Night Shyamalan dons hair-raising Joker costume for his ‘Shyamaween’ Halloween party
M. Night Shyamalan threw an epic Halloween party in Philadelphia on Saturday night.
The Sixth Sense director, 54, dressed up as the evil Joker for his ‘Shyamaween’ party.
His makeup was perfectly creepy and his costume was from the 2008 film The Dark Knight, in which the late Heath Ledger played the iconic villain.
Shyamalan’s wife, Dr. Bhavna Shyamalan, 55, looked stunning in an amber Victorian-era dress with bats all over.
Her makeup was a cross between zombie and goth as she proudly posed next to her talented husband who looked at her adoringly.

The couple’s daughter, Isha Shyamalan, 25, attended the party dressed as a blood-soaked cheerleader.
The Shyamalans throw an annual party to benefit the M. Night Shyamalan Foundation.
The foundation “supports the grassroots efforts of emerging leaders as they work to remove the barriers created by poverty and social injustice in their communities,” according to its website.
M. Night rose to fame in 1999 with his film The Sixth Sense, which celebrated his 25th birthday in August.
Shyamalan recently talked about the impact of that film on his career in an interview People.
“Right now, there are so many generations of people who have watched [my] different films,” the director said.
He added that some people “just know me [2015 movie] The visit from then on, so they know nothing about The Sixth Sense. So when I think about that, it’s wild.”
‘Every film I have the feeling that I don’t know if it will ever be made. I don’t know if I’ll ever make another one… “If this is the last one, I just want it to represent me,” he continued.

Shyamalan, born in Mahé India but raised in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania, released two films in the 1990s before The Sixth Sense.
That spawned a string of big hits for the filmmaker, including Unbreakable (2000), Signs (2002) and The Village (2004), eventually ending with the release of Lady In The Water (2006), which barely broke the $70 million mark . budget.
His biggest box office success was with The Sixth Sense, where he grossed $672.8 million compared to a budget of $40 million 25 years ago.
So far, the film has earned $6.6 million on its first day, including an estimated $2.2 million from Thursday night previews.
