Luxury food influencer is slammed for outrageous behavior at all-you-can-eat Vegas lobster buffet

A luxury food influencer has been heavily criticized on social media after sharing a video of himself dining at an all-you-can-eat lobster buffet in Las Vegas.

Mr Lewis Lux, who describes himself as a “luxury lifestyle connoisseur”, shared footage of himself indulging in the $79.99 buffet at the Palms Hotel in Sin City.

Taking full advantage of the fact that it’s an all-you-can-eat buffet, he can be seen piling plates of lobster.

Because there are so many shellfish on his table, one of the employees tells him that he has already finished his plate and that he can’t get more until he has finished it all.

In the photo, Lux is seen questioning the man, saying, “Just to be clear, the rules are I have to finish my plate before I go back to the buffet.”

Clearly irritated, the employee continues: ‘For the lobsters, yes. We have a sign there that says: one per plate.’

He hits back, adding, “It doesn’t say you have to finish your plate before you come back.”

Another customer can be seen calling and telling him it’s ‘common sense’. He replies ‘I wasn’t talking to you at all, who are you?’.

As he pours melted butter over the fish, he continues in a voice-over: ‘The casino that’s taking all your money has a problem with me taking as much lobster as you can, so don’t gamble with me.’

“The manager comes to my table and says, ‘Uh, excuse me, are you going to eat all that?’

“The rules said one piece per plate, so that’s exactly what I did. After all that fuss, that lobster was busting.

“This deal is definitely worth it, but the way they treated me made me want to leave right away.”

He then throws two plates of lobster into a trash can, while the staff shouts, “You don’t belong here anymore.”

The video has sparked outrage on social media, with people angry about his behavior in the video and the throwing away of the lobster.

Someone posted: ‘Did that SOB just throw away all that lobster? What the hell is wrong with him?

‘He literally took perfectly good food and threw it in the trash. A living being was sacrificed, not to feed anyone, but for clicks on his TikTok.

“This is gluttony, narcissism and privilege on display. Horrible.”

Another posted: ‘Ugh. What a jerk. “But the rules say the sign” I can’t stand people like this. You’re not smart, you haven’t found a loophole, you’re a selfish piece of shit.’

While another said: ‘I can’t lie this time Lewis, you were wrong! We know the casino is out to make money but to just waste food, no no!

“I would have gotten involved too, just like that man! That’s just common sense.”

While he has not openly defended his behavior, he has shared comments from people who find his behavior acceptable.
