There was no word on what happened during Malvagna’s court appearance, but he was free to leave afterwards.
Malvagna’s boss confirmed to DailyMail.com that he was involved in the incident and that he had been working at the resort for six months.
In a statement, Judy Gorski, the local franchise owner of K9 Resorts in East Brunswick, said: ‘It is my understanding that one of our employees attended the Bebe Rexha concert in his spare time.
“I was shocked when I heard of his arrest. My staff and I do not condone any form of violence, regardless of intent, and this action is inconsistent with our values as a company.”
