It comes after Rubinstein made a hefty profit after reportedly selling his luxury Sydney pad for $8 million earlier this year.

Rubenstein bought the lavish home shortly after it was built by Future Flip, a construction company specializing in prestige real estate, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Rubinstein did not release hard sales figures, but it is believed the house sold for around $8 million.
Rubenstein became familiar with the house after managing the sale of the adjacent mansion, which netted the seller $6.25 million.
Highlights of the three-story home include an open plan design, a sculpted garden and an entertainment terrace.
Rubenstein’s pad has a holiday atmosphere with bright, airy rooms with skylights and high ceilings.
