Luke Littler encouraged Lamine Yamal after the Spanish star entered the history books ahead of the European Championship.
Yamal scored a stunning equaliser against France on Tuesday night to help La Roja secure a place in the final of Euro 2024, where they will face either England or the Netherlands.
Incredibly, he did this at the age of 16, making him the youngest goalscorer in European Championship history.
For his achievement, Yamal has also been given a new label on social media, with some even calling him the ‘Spanish Luke Littler’.
And Littler, who reached the final of the PDC World Darts Championship in January at the age of 16 but lost to Luke Humphries, was keen to make his voice heard on Instagram.

On Tuesday night, the Darts Premier League champion posted a meme showing himself in heaven as Yamal addresses him.
“How am I doing, boss?” Yamal asks in the meme.
“You’re doing great, son…great,” Littler replies, looking down from the clouds.
It is unclear whether Littler created the comical message himself or if someone else came up with it.
Reactions to X, where Littler also shared the joke, were mixed.
“This is really top notch!”, one user commented.
“That’s unreal,” said another, adding a flurry of laughing emojis.
Others responded more critically.
Littler received a mix of praise and criticism for his meme from users who commented on X
“One is an athlete and the other is into pub sports,” one user said.
“This is actually weird,” wrote another.
After Spain defeated France to reach the final of a tournament for the first time since 2012, national coach Luis de la Fuente urged football to “take good care of Yamal”.
“We saw a brilliant footballer who we all have to cherish,” said De La Fuente.
“I would like him to work with the same humility and continue learning with the same attitude and maturity that he shows on the pitch. He already seems like such an experienced player and hopefully we can all enjoy him for years to come,” the Spanish coach added.
De la Fuente became the first coach to win six consecutive games at the European Championship. His team heads to Berlin with a 100 percent record at this year’s tournament, and the manager praised his players and declared that Spain are in “their rightful place.”
