Luke Evans is supported by dapper boyfriend Fran Tomas during the premiere of his new film Our Son

Luke Evans was joined by his friend Fran Tomas at the Tribeca Festival in New York City on Saturday for the premiere of his new film Our Son.

The Dracula Untold star, 44, looked handsome in a silver double-breasted suit worn over a black shirt.

The Welsh actor, who showed off his toned physique alongside his partner on the beach in Miami earlier this year, enhanced his sharp outfit with a gold chain around his neck.

Meanwhile, his other half, 32, wore a smart black suit over a white T-shirt and paired the look with matching black dress shoes.

In the film, Evans stars alongside Billy Porter as a divorcing couple battling for custody of their 8-year-old son, played by Christopher Woodley.

While Evans opted for a clean-shaven look, his Spanish graphic designer beau sported a neatly trimmed black beard.

The pair have been dating since the summer of 2019 and made their red carpet debut as a couple at the LuisaViaRoma for UNICEF winter gala in St. Barts in December 2022.

Also at the premiere were fellow cast members Porter, Woodley and Robin Weigert along with director Bill Oliver.

Evans posed with 53-year-old Porter, who showed off his unique style in an unbuttoned black shirt dress, which he paired with black wide-leg pants.

The American Horror Story actor brushed his locks back into a ponytail and wore glamorous iridescent green eye makeup.

The film stars Billy as “Gabriel, an aspiring artist struggling to find creative and personal spark while caring for the young son he shares with his ambitious partner, Nicky (Evans),” according to Tribeca.

Stress and anxiety mount as their relationship hits an irreparable place, forcing the couple to get a divorce. Now the two must navigate the unenviable position of revealing the news to shared friends and family. Thus begins the journey to find themselves and support their son.”

Evans’ romance with Tomas first came to light in May following his split from art director Rafael Olarra.

And Luke proudly showed off his partner on social media a number of times since then.

He shared a sweet photo of himself and Fran together on his Instagram page last year as he wished his followers a Merry Christmas.

They also explored Japan and visited monuments such as the Meiji Shrine in Tokyo during a trip to the country together.

Luke also documented their escape to Spain for a friend’s wedding.

A friend close to Luke told him The sun last year: “The pair go from strength to strength, quietly traveling the world together.

‘They are like-minded, understand each other’s sense of humor and complement each other well.’

Luke confirmed that he had split from his art director boyfriend Rafael Olarra in January 2021.

The Beauty and the Beast actor was rumored to have split from Rafael in October 2020 after unfollowing each other on Instagram, but they seemed to patch things up days later when they followed each other again on the platform.

But speaking to The Times’ Saturday Review, Luke confirmed he was single and said: “It is what it is.”

The couple started dating in the summer of 2019 and made their relationship official on social media in February.

Luke previously admitted he’s been thinking about fatherhood and said he wants to have kids before he’s “old.”

He said, “I’ve thought about it a lot and as I get older I think maybe I should go ahead and do it. I don’t want to be an old dad. . . but i would like to be a father.

“It’s very satisfying to pass on your experiences and raise a strong, open-minded, kind, respectful human being who can go out into the world and do some good.”
