Luis Ruelas, the husband of Teresa Giudice, has been accused of “stalking” his ex-fiance, Vanessa Reiser, who has filed a restraining order against him.
Reiser reportedly claims Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 51, other half, 48, hired a private investigator to “stalk” her, according to Page six.
Ruelas’ ex, a New Jersey licensed therapist specializing in narcissistic abuse, believes one of her patients was hired to “spy” on her.
Reiser’s attorney Douglas Anton told the publication that during each session, the female patient would ask about the therapist’s past relationship with Ruelas — who she dated from 2018 to 2020.
One of the suspect questions was, “If [Ruelas] if he left his wife and showed some remorse…would you like to be with him?’

Some of the other odd questions included “Do you still love Luis?” and “How was your abuser?”
The patient reportedly visited Reiser’s office about three to four times, beginning in February, and used a false name.
“It was weird that she kept asking all this information that if Luis ever left his wife and he was unhappy she would ever take him back,” the attorney said.
He also said Reiser would do her best to “avoid the topic and not talk about it so much.”
Despite the strange and personal nature of the questions, Reiser was not immediately alarmed, as her relationship with Ruelas – who has been married to Giudice since August 2022 – has been documented online.
In 2021, Reiser accused Ruelas of “punishing” her if his sexual demands were not met in a lawsuit filed after they broke up.
“He demanded that I be available for sex whenever he wanted,” she said in the court papers. “If I objected to his demands, Luis Ruelas would punish me. He would be mean, pull away from me and blame me for what happened.’
Reiser initially hired Anton to file a collection request after one of the woman’s payments fell through.

Interestingly, the female patient inquired about the therapist’s past relationship with Ruelas, asking questions such as, “If [Ruelas] if he left his wife and showed some remorse…would you like to be with him?’

However, after the lawyer dug into the case, his team discovered that the woman was using a fake name for the sessions.
The staff then tracked down the woman and discovered a connection between her and private investigator Bo Dietl, whose name fans might recognize from the Bravo reality show as Ruelas called him from his “closest friends” and reportedly brought him “information” about the cast.
Dietl publicly denied being hired to investigate any of the housewives, and “refused” to confirm or deny the allegations related to Reiser, according to Page Six.
Reiser’s lawyer says she is concerned about the motive behind Ruelas’ alleged hiring of a private investigator and does not plan to pursue criminal charges against him.
‘Straight away [Reiser is] afraid it was [Ruelas behind the woman’s visits] and that he has something up his sleeve or – and again I’m going by the questions – he’s unhappy in his current situation and wanted to see if Vanessa would ever pay him the time of day. Because that’s how the questions seemed to go.’
He also stated that his client is “extremely happy living her life” and “has a wonderful gentleman in her life,” adding, “She didn’t want this at all.”
Meanwhile, another source who spoke to the publication questioned Reiser’s motives and spoke of her history of filing restraining orders, including one against Ruelas and an ex-husband.
“This is a woman with a well-documented history of harassing and belittling individuals she was previously in a relationship with,” the insider said.
False: Ruelas’ attorney denied the stalking allegations in Reiser’s restraining order, saying he and his client “look forward to being tried in court”
Never mind: Teresa has been married to Luis since August 2022. Her lawyer told Page Six, “Ex-wives and ex-men are important, ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends don’t matter in high school anymore”
“What she continues to do to Louie, she did to her ex-husband, and that is well documented in existing court orders. This restraining order follows exactly the same pattern.”
Meanwhile, Ruelas’ attorney, Christopher A. Errante, denied the allegations made against him in Reiser’s restraining order, saying he and his client “look forward to being tried in court.”
Meanwhile, Giudice’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., told Page Six, “Teresa’s primary concern in life is the safety and sanctity of her family.”
“She has a great relationship with Louie’s ex-wife, who is the mother of his children, just like Joe Giudice and Louie have a great relationship. That tells you everything you need to know.’
“Ex-wives and ex-men matter, ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends don’t matter anymore in high school.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star began dating Ruelas in November 2020 after her divorce from ex-husband Joe Giudice was finalized. The duo got married last year.
