Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz’s daughter Lucie Arnaz, 73, shared a rare photo of her brother Desi Arnaz, Jr., 71, on Instagram.
The siblings were in Las Vegas dining with friends in the carousel of photos.
In two of the photos, Lucie rests her head on her bearded brother’s shoulder as they enjoy a family dinner together, thanks to her husband Laurence Luckinbill’s son, Nick.
“With our special guest, my recalcitrant brother, Desi Arnaz, Jr.!!! Desi is alive and well my friends – she just likes to stay a little ‘undercover,'” Lucie wrote in her caption.
Desi has been retired from public life since the death of his wife Amy Arnaz in 2015. She had cancer and was only 63 years old.

She then talked about the reason for the trip to Las Vegas and the festivities.
‘We’re here for the weekend because Larry is being honored at the 35th anniversary celebration of Star Trek V at the Treksperts Convention here.
“He played Spock’s brother, Sybok, in that film. And with his recently released autobiography, he’s a very special guest here.”
Laurence played Spock’s brother in 1989’s Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.
“He will be taking pictures, selling and signing books and speaking on two panels,” she added.
She also shared photos from another dinner with her friends, Las Vegas entertainer Clint Holmes and his wife Kelly, as well as Maximillian Von Anhalt and Sunny Sessa.

Lucie assured fans that her brother is “alive and well” and said he just wants to stay “a little bit undercover”
Desi has been inactive since the death of his wife Amy Arnaz in 2015, when she was diagnosed with cancer and was only 63 years old.

“What smart, interesting, funny, involved, talented and sweet friends and family I have,” she said enthusiastically.
Lucie married actor and writer Luckinbill in 1980 and they have been happily married and in love ever since.

Together they had three children over the years: two sons named Simon and Joseph, and a daughter named Katharine.
They, along with Laurence’s two sons from his previous marriage – Nicholas and Benjamin Luckinbill – all currently reside in Palm Springs, California.
