Low-cost airline and package tour company Jet2 announces new chairman

Jet2 has revealed that Robin Terrell, the company’s current senior independent non-executive director, has been appointed as non-executive chairman.
Terrell replaces Philip Meeson following the July 6 announcement in which Meeson announced his resignation.
The budget airline and package travel industry outlined the reasons why they unanimously approved Terrell’s appointment as the company’s new chairman.

The holiday group has opted to restart the final dividend after a pandemic hiatus, paying 8 pence per share.
