Love Island’s Ron Hall speaks of plans for future with Lana Jenkins

Love Island’s Ron Hall talks big plans for the future with girlfriend Lana Jenkins as the couple’s long-distance relationship continues to blossom

Ron Hall has revealed he hopes to move in with his Love Island girlfriend Lana Jenkins.

The couple, who finished second on this year’s winter series of the ITV2 dating show, have been traveling between Essex, where Ron lives, and Manchester, where Lana is based, to visit each other since returning from South Africa, where the program was filmed.

But Ron, 25, insists their long-distance relationship won’t last forever as they hope to buy a house and move in together in the future.

He told The sun: ‘It’s not forever. Any relationship at some point, it is normal to move in together.

“It’s weird that we get so many questions like ‘when are you moving?’ and you think… bearing in mind we’ve only been together for a few months, one of her big goals and one of my big goals is to buy a house up there and have our own bases down here.

“Then when we’re ready, it could take six months, a year, two years, I don’t know, then we’ll buy together.”

Ron said he saw himself moving northwest, insisting it would be hard to leave his friends and family behind, but it seems like the “natural progression.”

It comes after Lana insisted she had “something really special” with Ron.

The 25-year-old makeup artist enjoys spending time with Ron and she’s confident they can have a long future together after starring on the dating show.

Asked to describe their relationship, Lana explained, “It’s just easy, comfortable, and we feel at home with each other.”

“I think the important things to me are that when I’m around someone, I want to be around them all the time.

“That’s number one and I feel like we can be together all day and it doesn’t feel like a chore.

“And I just feel like we have something really special.”

Ron likes Lana’s “caring” attitude and believes they are a very compatible couple.

He said, “Honestly, I could just sit in silence with Lana and it would feel like the most natural thing in the world.

“And I feel like we’re both just really honest, really caring.

“For me, one of the most important things was that someone cared about me. That was one of the main things I was looking for.

“I know how much she took care of everyone, and she pushed herself aside all the time.”

Ron also noted that Lana was very popular among the other islanders.

He explained, “Everyone loved Lana and there wasn’t a single moment where anyone had a bad word to say about her, and that just shows Lana’s character.

“I think that’s why we get along so well because I know how good she is and I like to think I’m quite a caring person too, so it’s really nice that we’re both the same. Similar but different!’
