Love Island’s Mary Bedford reveals she has been left ‘cut and bruised’ after car crash

Mary Bedford has revealed she was left ‘shaken’ and ‘bruised’ after being involved in a horrific car accident.

The former Love Island star, 23, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to describe the terrifying ordeal for her 890,000 followers.

She said she was “wounded and bruised” and admitted she was “so grateful” to be back home.

Mary shared a photo of her Range Rover Velar with the front airbags inflated and one side of her hood completely shattered after the incident.

In a caption, she wrote, “Someone must have looked down on me today… very upset, bruised and bruised, but so grateful to be home tonight.”

The influencer has not yet disclosed any further details about what happened.

Last year, Mary revealed she spat out her ‘dream car’, which reportedly cost her around £50,000.

Mary, who starred in Love Island’s 2021 series, entered the Casa Amor villa and joined Toby, securing her place on the show.

She then linked up with latecomer Aaron, who she seemed to have a strong bond with on the show, before a friend sent him on After Sun.

Mary dated former Love Island favorite Chris, 28, shortly after his split from Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson, 30, in August 2020.

Since leaving the ITV2 dating show, Mary launched her new LullaBellz by Mary Bedford product in April.

The reality star posted a myriad of photos from her product’s launch party to her Instagram followers.

The celebratory brunch was held at The Ivy, which was decked out with extravagant floral displays, small posters featuring Mary’s face and a menu of personalized cocktails, including a Mary Martini.

The launch was to celebrate the release of her collaboration with hair extension company, the Feathered Bun Booster – which she wore to brunch.
