The former Love Island star, 32, who is expecting her first child with footballer boyfriend Andrew Hughes, looked cheerful as she cradled her baby bump.
The reality star, who announced the happy news that she is expecting a boy, was surrounded by blue and white balloons as she posed for photos with family and friends.
Kendall showed off her growing bump in the figure-hugging gold number which she paired with matching pointed-toe shoes.
Keeping with the blue theme, Kendall lugged her things around in a blue Chanel handbag and accessorized with a dangling chain.

The table contained candles, several bouquets of flowers and was complete with scattered white rose petals.
Guests were also treated to an adorable white chocolate teddy bear wrapped in white gauze and a satin blue bow.
During the day, Kendall also celebrated her birthday, writing, “My Baby Shower & Birthday all in one day.”
Alongside a photo of the lavish room, the TV personality wrote: ‘I had the most beautiful day with some of my closest family and friends… minus a grandma and an aunt who couldn’t be there but were there in the form of wine.
‘I desperately need my sleep now because I only have a month left before I emerge as a human and I’m exhausted.
‘Thank you to my beautiful other half for making today so special! I’m going to sleep feeling so grateful tonight!’

The couple were seen relaxing in matching white hotel gowns on a balcony as they opened a brown envelope containing the exciting news.

The pair looked utterly thrilled as Kendall climbed onto the footballer’s knee and packed on the PDA.
Andrew wrote: ‘It’s a little…BABY BOY!!!! This was the happiest and most magical moment for us yet!’
After announcing the “magical” news, Kendall shared that she is “at high risk” of having a child prematurely for medical reasons, and revealed that she has been suffering from terrible morning sickness.
In a Q&A about her Story, a fan asked her exactly how far along she was and she replied, “I’m not going to say exactly how far along I am for a number of reasons.”
‘People get so fixated on the date for medical reasons because I’ve had a few treatments and surgeries in the past that put me at high risk of having a baby prematurely.
‘Fingers crossed that everything will be fine and that I can last the full term, that’s the dream. It took me four months.’
She added of her first-trimester illness: “I didn’t know your illness could get so bad that you just wanted to give up and just lie on the couch and cry.
“The disease – I go into more detail on my TikTok…I heard the mom brigade on Instagram is really bad.”
Her caption read: “I’m still sick right now! But now I only assume I’m sick once a day.”

She went on to say that they hadn’t told anyone their pregnancy news for a while and had it as their “little secret” before telling her sister for the first time when she reached nine weeks.
Kendall explained how they kept it all between themselves “for so many reasons.”
In September, Kendall revealed she was pregnant with her first child.
In the snap shared to Instagram, Kendall looked stunning in a white bikini as she cradled her bump.
Meanwhile, Andrew donned a cream shirt as he proudly showed off their first ultrasound scan.
