“It’s not really just about losing a pregnancy, it’s the plans you make, your vision of what that baby or child could be like, what your family will look like, and it’s taken away in a second.”

Speaking about carrying on as normal with her three-year-old son Presley, she said: “When you experience a loss, you have to pretend you’re okay, wipe away your tears and carry on because you have a little one, you cook dinner.” You read the stories. You do the school race. Nothing stops’

“It was a traumatic day when it happened, which I really didn’t expect at all. I tried to keep busy and get on with my day, which was a huge mistake.

“I ran home in a panic after last time (previous bleeding) convinced me it might be happening again, so I was happy to get out on the other side.”

Jessica sadly miscarried in 2020 and lost her little boy Teddy at 19 weeks in 2020.

In July, Jessica revealed she is in therapy for the loss of a baby and credited her two-year-old son Presley for being a “big part” of the reason she has stayed so strong, but admitted: ‘I have days where I just sit and cry! ‘

The reality star, who won the 2015 series of Love Island, has admitted that she still wants three children, after confirming her split from fiancé Dan.

She spoke with again! magazine about the loss of Teddy in November 2020 and said: “I had some therapy and talked to someone and that definitely helped… I have days where I just sit and cry, and all I want is for him to come back, but that’s just pain.” .’

Looking ahead, Jessica revealed that she still intends to expand her family, saying, “I’ve always said I want three kids and that won’t change for me because it’s my dream.”

Jess continued: “I talked about my first loss and honestly, I didn’t know I would be back here before, but it still feels complete shit.”

Dan, whom she got engaged to in August 2018 after six months of dating, moved on after the couple split in May, just six months after losing their unborn baby.

Jessica admitted: ‘You don’t expect everything to come undone so quickly. Losing a baby and the person you thought you would have more children with and marry, has been a bit of a shock.

But Love Islander called her ex an “amazing dad,” explaining that their split may not be forever, but they just need “time apart.”

It was revealed late last year that Jessica is engaged to her fiancé Zeb after a whirlwind year-long romance.

She first went public with her new love on Instagram with a cozy snap on New Year’s Eve.

Businessman Zeb surprised Jessica with a romantic trip to Ibiza last month, where he got down on one knee and popped the question in front of the sunset.

Speaking of her surprise engagement, she told OK! Magazine: ‘We’d only been together for a year, so I wasn’t expecting it. It was a big surprise.

Jess said of Zeb’s proposal: ‘We went there on a private jet which was crazy!

“I asked him to get some videos of me for Instagram, so he was there posing on the edge of a cliff, and then I turned around and he got down on one knee! I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, are you kidding me? Are you kidding? Is it a real ring?

“I wasn’t thrilled at all and then about three days later I started crying when it hit me.”

Jessica split from her fiancé Dan Lawry last spring, just six months after the couple lost their second child, a toddler named Teddy, prematurely at just 19 weeks.

The influencer continues to raise her three-year-old son Presley with her ex Dan.

She said new! division magazine: ‘We didn’t get along as well as we used to and we didn’t want to be unhappy with Presley. I don’t rule out anything in the future, but right now we don’t work together.

I feel like for some reason it’s not meant to be right now and we need some time apart, whether it’s a year, I just don’t know. I’m just trying to put a positive spin on it.

She continued: ‘At first you’re devastated and heartbroken, but I feel like the universe always has a plan for you. Things happen for a reason, really the reasons I know, but I’m just trying to live in the moment and trust the process and the journey.
