The 22-year-old esthetician smiled at a photo taken five years ago that showed off her natural complexion and pout before getting botox and fillers to emphasize her lip shape.
Jess, who is currently partnered with 22-year-old Sammy Root, told MailOnline before entering the villa that in addition to the cosmetic treatments prior to her TV debut, she had bought 50 new bikinis and had her hair, eyelashes and nails done. .
She said: ‘Obviously my job is aesthetics, I’m a practitioner so I’ve done some… I’ve had a little Botox and filler, but nothing too much.
“I’ve had my hair, eyelashes, and nails done, too… just the standard prep for a girl.”

Jess told MailOnline before entering the villa that she had not only undergone the cosmetic treatments for her TV debut, but also bought 50 new bikinis.
Jess also revealed that she brought 50 bikinis back to the villa, saying, “I love holidays, I’m a real jet setter, but I can’t wear a bikini again… I’ve had to buy 50 brand new bikinis.”
On Sunday night’s show, Jess paired up with Sammy after picking her out during Love Island’s first daytime recoupling.
His unfortunate choice of words, describing his flirtation with bombshell Leah Taylor as a “test” for him and Jess, got him into trouble.
Leah sobbed and explained that she was looking for a real connection and she felt there was a spark between her and Sammy after he pursued her for days.
She also accused Sammy of playing games, saying he only chose to be with Jess after being in the bottom three last week and receiving the fewest votes from the public.
Jess told MailOnline that her love life had been “terrible” before the show because she always goes for the “bad boys.”
She admitted, “I think I’m wrong about that…but I want to go for someone in the middle.
“At the end of last year, I saw someone who was too nice to me, and it kind of scared me off, so I need someone who’s also a bad boy and can keep me on my toes.”

She admitted that she was previously in a relationship with TOWIE’s Jon Clark, who also starred in the first season of Love Island in 2015.
Jess added: ‘He’s a little too old for me, bless him. I had a good time… I thought, he has a blue tick, why not?’
Describing her excitement, Jess said she was attracted to a man with good teeth, revealing that she would have been dating former contestant Jacques O’Neill had she starred in the series the previous year.
She said, “Honestly, I don’t think any of that will change, because that’s just what I’m going for… I have to stick with my gut.”
