Hannah Elizabeth set the record straight after recent facial surgery to fix her “twisted septum” on Thursday.
The 33-year-old former Love Island resident took to Instagram to quickly shut down trolls before they had a chance to ‘fight back’ after spotting her latest operation.
The model, who has undergone multiple procedures to change her appearance, revealed that her latest surgery was not for cosmetic purposes.
She wrote: “Before anyone chimes in about my post, I had to have a small procedure done to straighten my septum and put a cast on to keep it in place.
‘I’m not changing anything, something I had to fix because it was twisted.’

In a glamorous selfie, she posed with a cast on her nose and full make-up.
She looked extremely chic in a white winter coat and kept warm with a cream hat.

The model, who revealed the results of her brand new facial surgery after traveling to Turkey to undergo the procedures, received backlash from followers after sharing a sneak peek of her recovery.
She told her fans she was sick of the messages from ‘disgusting angry women’, describing it as ‘disgusting’ that people were commenting on ‘what I do with my WHOLE BODY’.
Writing to her 417,000 Instagram followers, Hannah wrote: “She’s fed up with the messages from vile angry women, honestly it’s disgusting. It reeks of nothing but bitterness and jealousy.
“Please don’t comment on what I do with MY BODY.” I am a 32-year-old woman, not a small child.
“Also let me say it’s day two since surgery, obviously I’m not going to look good, but unlike a lot of people who hide it, I want to show you my journey.”

She then went on to give an update on her recovery, with a snap of her plastered face, writing: “I feel like a doll, love my fox,” adding “eyes are much more open today.”
Another post showed a close-up of her eyelids before the procedure, saying: ‘And for all the “you didn’t need eyelid surgery” comments, a ball bag, so I did something about it… don’t you like it? Unfollow.’
Adding that she has had surgery since she was 18, Hannah posted a picture of herself at that age after her first breast job, posing with Hugh Hefner.
“Here I am now the same person who still loves what I love,” she captioned the story.

Hannah assured her followers she was ‘very swollen’ as she showed off her bruised and bandaged face.
The reality star pouted her full lips for the camera with surgical tape taped over her eyelids and wrote: “First day I feel like Brac, I’m obsessed.”
Despite the bruises, the star gushed: ‘I couldn’t ask for more, I was invented exactly what I wanted’ (sic).
Her post read: ‘Day 2 Extreme swelling today and lots of sleep.’
She later praised her surgeons before filming herself walking around the ward in her surgical socks.
Hannah also revealed that she underwent breast augmentation during her hospital stay.
