Francesca Allen has shared her heartbreak as she revealed that her beloved father has sadly passed away.
The former Love Island star, 27, took to her Instagram Stories on Monday night to share the devastating news that her father passed away last week.
Francesca shared a photo of a bouquet of roses and wrote, “I took some time off because I lost my dad last week.
“Just having time to process thanks to those who noticed I’ve been inactive.
‘I’ll do my thing again soon and get back to you. Thanks for your patience.’

She also shared a series of photos of her father, which revealed that he was the “life and soul of every party.”
The reality TV star shared a photo of her dad holding a cigar on a plane as she wrote the caption about his personality.
Francesca, who is engaged to businessman Ed Crossan, shared a photo of her late father smiling as he enjoyed a cocktail.
Alongside the photo, she wrote: “And always the best dressed.”
She also shared two photos of her father in his younger years, one of him playing pool and one of him posing with her mother Barb.
Francesca’s sister Claudia, who runs jewelry store Cloud Eighteen, has not yet commented on the sad news on her Instagram page.
Stylist Claudia is currently pregnant with her second child with her partner Tony, and they are already parents to son Tony Jr.
Francesca shared a photo of herself with her pregnant sister on Instagram in March when she confirmed Claudia’s baby news in a lengthy caption.

“I feel even more excited this time around because I know what to expect and how much I love my nephew, it’s second to none, can’t wait to meet you!! what do we think Boy or girl?’
Meanwhile, in December 2021, Francesca got engaged to her family friend Ed – who was previously in a relationship with TOWIE’s Amber Turner.
Ed, the vice-chairman of London-based waste management company Powerday, had popped the question in an idyllic celebratory proposal.
He made his headline debut in May 2019 when he got hot and heavy with TOWIE’s Amber in Ibiza during a break from her on/off romance with Dan Edgar.
During her stint on season five of Love Island, Francesca failed to find love after pairing up with Curtis Pritchard and Michael Griffiths.

Before she met Ed, she said, “I’ve been in relationships when I was younger. I hadn’t really been single until Love Island came about.
“I always got into relationships with people I didn’t even really like. But now I feel selfish and really enjoy being myself and being happy in my own company.”
