Ellie Spence revealed her plans for surgery and admitted that starring in Love Island made her feel ‘anxious’.
The business development executive, 25, who entered the villa like a bombshell, said she would no longer talk about her experience on the ITV show because it “gave her a tight chest.”
Speaking in a new YouTube video, he explained how he felt his personality had ‘crumpled’ since he entered the South African village, in a candid update.
Ellie also added that she was getting cosmetic surgery on her ears because she “couldn’t stand them.”
She began: “I’m actually putting my ears back because I can’t stand them.”

Ellie then added: ‘This is the latest Love Island content because I don’t know if you can tell but it makes me anxious.
“I have a tight chest and I feel anxious even talking about it like a lot has happened behind closed doors.
“I feel like I’m really ready, and I try to put on a brave face when I talk about it. But I’m really like, ready to move on.
‘When I start talking about other things, I can feel my personality coming back. And then when I talk about Love Island and feel like my personality withers into a fucking non-existent shed.
Ellie was dumped by the village in week four along with her partner Jordan Odofin after receiving the fewest public votes.
The three couples with the fewest votes were up for the chop before it was announced that Ellie and Jordan had received the least support from the public.
Tom Clare and Samie Elishi and Olivia Hawkins and Kai Fagan were the other couples in the bottom three.
After the voting results were announced, Ellie and Jordan tried to stay optimistic about her leaving.

Ellie said: “I feel like I was about to find my husband and I’m sad to be leaving, but it was an amazing experience.”
“I think we both came here looking for love, but we both found a friendship between us, so that’s good.”
Ellie and Jordan were bombs, they arrived at the villa on the 10th and 17th respectively, however, neither found romance.
Speaking after her elimination, Ellie said: “It was a shock to all of us, I didn’t expect there to be a shock that night, me and the girls just couldn’t believe it.”
