Love Island star Chris Taylor has detailed his time in the All Star villa, before speculation arose of a feud with a former co-star on the show.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the 33-year-old Leicester native, who initially rose to fame during the show’s fifth season, revealed that the recoupling would last four hours and require complete silence and silence from the islanders.
He claimed that ‘basically everyone’ in the villa had attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), meaning they struggled with the task and were subsequently ‘blocked’ by producers during the long stints.
Aside from shedding light on the villa’s secrets, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Chris has rejected one of his former co-stars since leaving the show.
It appears the star has chosen not to follow Adam Maxted, who was linked to Chris’ former flame Arabella Chi, despite contacting Toby Aromolaran, Jake Cornish and Kaz Kamwi on the photo-sharing site.

While hosting a Q&A on Instagram, he was asked how long recouplings lasted, in which stars choose who they collaborate with and share a bed with.
Chris said to the camera: ‘(It took a) long, long time. It took about three/four hours each time, because they had to record about 10-15 minutes between each speech or text and we had to remain absolutely still and not move…
‘Basically everyone there had ADHD, so a lot of laughing and fidgeting, and we were criticized for that all the time. It’s not an easy job.’
His latest appearance comes after Chris stepped out with Joanna Chimonides last week, in the wake of their return from South Africa. The duo were briefly linked before Joanna started questioning their connection – before she was dumped.
Chris was then voted off the show a few days later and during the finale, when they returned to South Africa, they revealed that they were still talking and hanging out and had not concluded a future romance.
After being dumped, Chris admitted he had a crush on Joanna for four years before meeting her in a South African villa.
The reality star added that he wanted to give their relationship a chance outside of the show when they fly back to Britain.
Chris sat down to chat with host Maya Jama and opened up about his feelings for Joanna despite them having a rough few days.

He explained: ‘I had a crush on Joanna for four years, so when she walked in I was excited.
“It hit a really sticky point when we were in the middle of figuring out what it could have been, so we’re left with questions.”
During the exit interview, he added, “My experience with Joanna was wonderful. When she came in, I was very excited. I’ve liked her for a long time.
As soon as she arrived at the Villa, I could tell there was something between us.
“We had a lot of deep conversations in bed and I learned so much about her on a deeper level and we both ended up feeling very comfortable with each other.”
During the show, just 24 hours after viewers saw Joe Garratt and Joanna get the boot, Chris followed shortly behind them.
When questioned by Maya about her time in the villa, Joanna revealed that Chris became protective of her in the villa.
