“Truly blessed, excited about our future and seeing my darlings grow up together.”

Jessica and fiancé Zeb sadly lost their first child together in April, three years after she and ex-partner Dan suffered a miscarriage of son Teddy at 19 weeks.

In April, Jessica posted the devastating loss on Instagram alongside a photo of her belly and positive pregnancy test.

Jessica shared a post about recovery to her Story, saying she “felt terrible” and that her week had been “all a blur.”

She explained: 'I really thought I was going to bounce back quickly after this, I'm not sure why, I just did, and I couldn't have been more wrong.

'Physically I've felt terrible this week and it's all a blur. Take care of yourselves, angels.”

Jessica continued, “I can see that not everyone will do that, that's for sure. I'm really at a loss for words for all the women experiencing this in my DMs. I wish I could answer and hug you all.”

In another photo, she cuddled up in bed with her pet cat, adding: 'This absolute angel never does this and has come into bed with me all week and put her arm around me like this.

'Can you handle it, because I can't. Animals are everything?'

She previously explained that she had returned to the ultrasound department for a check-up, but added that she 'wanted to cry' there as visits are usually for 'happier times'.

Jess wrote: 'Thank you for all your beautiful messages, they mean the world. I'm so glad I'm speaking out and helping so many of you, it's overwhelming how much is actually…'

“Onwards and upwards. Grateful for everything I have.'

She added: 'I came back yesterday and felt really bad, I'm fine now. This morning I'm back in the ultrasound department to check everything is complete. Then I can be signed out and go home.'

The TV personality continued: “I just want to cry in these places, when normally you're here for happier times. It's strange and very difficult, isn't it.

I'm doing well, I'm making sure my physical health is back to normal. I think it's normal for there to be some wobble in this spot.

'Memories of being here with the boys. I love you all, thank you for being kind.”

Jess wrote: 'My love keeps me sane. I love them both so much.”

Revealing her tragic news, Jessica wrote, “I've been debating that it feels really strange to open up and feel vulnerable but you know I'm always open and honest with all of you and it's hard to pretend I'm doing well, because it's been a tough week.

'But I hope this can help someone going through the same thing. I was pregnant and now I'm not.'

Jess continued: “I talked about my first loss and I didn't know I'd be here again earlier this time, but it still feels like complete sh*t.

“It's not just about losing a pregnancy, it's about the plans you make, your vision of what that baby or child could look like, what your family will look like and it's taken away in a second.”

About carrying on normally for Presley, she said, “When you experience loss, you have to pretend you're okay, wipe your tears and carry on because you have a little one, you cook dinner and you read the stories. You do the school run. Nothing stops'

'It was a traumatic day when it happened, which I didn't expect at all. I tried to stay busy and my day went by, which was a big mistake.

'I had gone home in a panic after the last time (previous bleeding) I convinced myself it might happen again, so I was happy to come out the other side.'
