Molly, 29, won the South African series of the ITV dating show earlier this month alongside Tom Clare, 24, narrowly beating her ex Callum Jones and Jess Gale.

Her friends treated her to a surprise dinner at Greek restaurant Fenix to celebrate her win, as well as a huge pink cake.

For the night out, Molly, 29, donned a figure-hugging brown maxi dress, which featured a high slit down her right leg.

She paired the dress with gold accessories, including barely-there heels and a small, sparkly handbag.

Her long blonde locks fell in waves around her shoulders and she opted for a nude lip and light brown smokey eye.

Taking to her Instagram Story to share details of the surprise evening, Molly showed off a cake her friends got her – which was shaped like a heart, covered in pink, red and white icing and decorated with the message: ‘Congratulations on being THAT girl.’

She then turned the camera to all her friends sitting at the dining table in the lavish restaurant.

In another video, the group cheered each other on with tequila shots and later with a bottle of champagne.

It comes after Molly discussed whether there was sexual tension with ex-boyfriend Callum Jones while they were in the Love Island All Stars villa on Friday.

During her time on the ITV show, fans hoped for Molly and Callum, 27, to rekindle their three-year relationship after splitting last summer.

But Molly once again shut down hopes of a romance, claiming there was no sexual tension between the duo – despite fans manifesting this to work out.

The presenter joked: ‘No sexual tension?’, while Molly replied without hesitation: ‘No, nothing at all.’

The duo also discussed their initial reactions to discovering that the public was doing everything they could to get the exes back together.

Molly said on the TV show Daytime: ‘We didn’t understand that, but we really did.’

Tom added: ‘People were saying that on the calls from home but no one in the villa had seen anything like that.’

Molly said, “Yes, and they lived with us, so there was nothing.”
